This VRBO rental was very spacious and was able to accommodate my large family on our trip to Winnipeg. The host fulfilled my two special requests (which I was not expecting and with which I was pleasantly surprised) and also worked diligently to answer questions and support my needs. The response time was immediate.

Excellent accommodation for 2 or more couples or a family

This property is located very close to the University of Manitoba and to the Blue Bombers stadium. Easy access to anywhere in the city. Bedrooms are clean -- master bedroom is large and has ensuite walk in closet and bathroom. The three other bedrooms are decent size and share a second bathroom. There is also access to a powder room. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped and there is a separate dining room and a comfortable family room. Renters should know that the driveway is shared because there is a separate rental in the basement, however access is through a separate entrance and we heard zero noise from the basement. Highly recommended

This is an elegant property that provides all the comfort you will get in your own house. A spacious and elegantly decorated family room, executive dinning room, open concept kitchen with all the amenities to cook and feel at home. The family room has a Smart TV and cable. Each bedroom has smart TV, very very comfortable Queen bed with four pillows.
This location is 5 minutes walk to Canada Superstore for groceries and house items. After a long day, you can settle for Table Games that consist of Blackjack, Roulette, Texas Hold 'Em, and Craps,

What makes this property unique

The driveway to the house has two sides. Each side can park two cars. The left side is for the person that took the main (4 Bedroom) while the right side is for the guest that occupy the basement unit.
The kitchen has all you need: Stove, Fridge (executive size) with water and ice dispenser, microwave, rice cooker, coffee centre (my wife loves coffee), dishwasher. In the summer you will enjoy the deck and do barbeque.
