Oceanview condo in Daytona beach
Relax in this decorated 5th floor beach front studio condo. 1 king bed, recliner sofa. Full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, and stove. Step out on the private balcony and take in the views of the ocean and city. Shopping & dinning within walking distance.
There are two parking garages on right and left side of the building. Each garage has an elevator that can be used to go to the 5th Floor.
POOL IS CLOSED! (Most likely all of 2023 due to hurricane damage) Most of Daytona Beach suffered similar damage.
Rules:
Pool key and Parking Permit need to be put back into the original place inside the unit. Lost key and/or Parking Permit will result in additional $50.00 lost fee for each item.
