Enjoy a stylish space with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a stocked kitchen, a cozy backyard with BBQ grill, lemon tree, and ample street parking. Located in an urban area, our home offers a lively LA experience. Ideal for those seeking city vibes rather than a quiet suburb. Perfect for friends and family. For any reservations longer than 28 days, VRBO and local regulations require a few extra steps before check-in:
• A refundable security deposit
• A valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license or passport)
• A signed long-term stay agreement (simple lease addendum that protects both you and me during your stay)
This helps ensure everything is clear, secure, and comfortable for your extended visit. I’ll provide the agreement and instructions once your booking is confirmed.
