We absolutely loved our stay! The house was perfect for me and my husband and our two kids. It was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Location was perfect! Would definitely stay here again!

Great little house in Torrence

Our family of four spent a week here for Spring Break. The location was great. The house was very well stocked. We had plenty of space to relax. Communication with the owner was simple and quick. It's kind of a funky old house, but we liked it. I would totally recommend this listing.

Great Torrance Stay

We had a great stay in this comfortable home while visiting Torrance for work. Everything was perfect and the house was clean and just like it was advertised. We were close to all the places we wanted to visit such as Del Amo Shopping Center and the Redondo Beach Pier. The host's communications were great so we know what to expect. We will definitely book again when we are back in Torrance.

The house was in a nice area and convenient to the things we wanted to do. The host did not provide enough linen and bath tissue. We had a total of 5 adults and two children. The only bath linen provided was 6 towels, no hand towels, no wash clothes, and there was only a half a roll of toilet paper in one bathroom and a roll in the other. We had to go out and buy toilet paper because there was none in the house. We also bought additional bath linen as we were staying for three nights. The BIGGEST issue was that there was someone else that lived on the property, This would have been good to know, I wouldn't have booked this home. They had a separate entrance, but was connected to the house and shareable outside space. I traveled with my two grandchildren and that is why we VRBO/Airbnb when we travel. I don't want them exposed to unfamiliar people. The people below could have a criminal background for all I know. My Granddaughter got so scared because she could hear them talking when she woke up the next mooring after our first night stay. To top it all off, as we were leaving some guy drove up and asked if we were staying there and explained he was there to fix the dishwasher. NO-we rented this property for the next four days and you will need to come back, we are unsure if he entered the home when we left or not. This is unacceptable as we pay money to have a safe and secure stay and the owners have others living on the property we are not aware of and others show up.

Lovely home as advertised. The owners are great to work with and have great communication with their guests . We enjoyed our second stay at this property and will rent again when we are back in town.

Why they chose this property

This has been a family property for over 30 years. It's a good quiet & safe neighborhood. You might see kids playing soccer in the park, riding bikes, & friendly people walking their dogs or just going for a stroll. It's right at the border of Redondo Beach, a straight shot West down 190th St. & you land right in between Redondo & Hermosa Beaches in about 5 minutes!

What makes this property unique

This is a 2 story home, very open feeling, vaulted ceilings, & a large backyard/outdoor area for you to relax. Just steps to Columbia Park if you want to go for a walk or kids want to play!
