The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Wash dishes and return to original place (ok to leave clean washed dishes in drying rack, if not fully dry)
Gather any used bathroom and kitchen towels in front of washing machine. No need to strip bed. Ok to leave all used bedding, gathered at bed. We will wash everything regardless if used.
Take special care to ensure furnished items, kitchen utensils, bedding & mattress protector, etc. remain in apartment. Notify if you prefer inventory check prior to move-out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
