This is an excellent place in spite of the construction happening due to 3 hurricanes over the past 3 years.The pool is clean, the right temperature and close to the condo buildings.The beach is also very close and a relaxing area.The condo is small, but so well organized that it works very well

Great communication/instructions with property manager. Very clean, and steps to the beach. Beautiful view. Construction was minimal when we were there mainly working on landscaping. We had a wonderful time, highly recommend!

Great accommodations

We loved our stay on Estero - accommodations were exactly as pictured! It is located on Fort Myers Beach, has a beautiful balcony, you can hear the ocean and wonderful December weather! We were looking for a quiet retreat, yet near to touristy stuff, which it was. The condo was perfect for the two of us - there was a Publix 5 miles down the road to the condo - so easy to pick up supplies. I would recommend this place if you want a quiet get away, yet close to the city of Fort Myers and Bonita Springs and Naples.

Perfect vacation spot

We had a great family vacation at this condo in ft Myers beach. It was neat to see the island slowly rebuilding and businesses being creative to stay open following Ina. The pool is perfect and the access to beach is so convenient. The entire complex is well maintained and perfect for a week of relaxation. We will be back. :)

Clean beachfront property

This property was great. The place was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the bed was super comfortable, the location was great, the host was very responsive & informative of the construction process as well as which amenities would or wouldn't be available during our stay. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

Couple Getaway

This condo was perfect for us. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the beach, even though at high tide, there isn’t much of it. We’ve stayed at EBTC before Ian, and the beach seems very different now. But we still enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. We like this place and this end of the island. Terri was great with info and answering our questions.

I took my oldest and middle daughter on a beach vacation for my oldest daughter’s graduation. The condo was exactly as pictured and described. The beach was small but private and the ocean was the warmest I’ve ever been in! It was amazing. Great location. Wonderful week. Thank you!

Great Stay

We had a great stay at Terri's condo. The place was very clean, nicely decorated and we enjoyed the views from the balcony. We appreciated Terri's honesty about the area not being up to par with all the storm recovery going on, so we knew what to expect. The pool had not yet opened while we were there and Terri was quick to credit us for the loss of that amenity. The beach was gorgeous and got to try out the beautiful new pickleball courts. Thank you Terri, we will be back.

Why they chose this property

We chose Ft. Myers Beach for its white sand beaches and island feel. We liked this condo because of the great views and its location on the quiet south end of the island.

What makes this property unique

Watching the sun rise from the balcony is second only to the night view, which is spectacular. We also enjoy sunbathing, swimming, watching the sun rise and set, dolphin and wildlife sighting, swimming, walking on the beach, shelling, relaxing and enjoying the view from the balcony, eating out and shopping at the local businesses.
