There are 2 houses of 2 floors on land of 520m2 with large recreation area in excellent condition, cozy, bright and air circulation.
Located in Camboinhas, one of the most beautiful beaches of Rio de Janeiro.
Close to shops, lagoons and mountains.
Main House:
1st Walk:
pantry and kitchen with fitted cabinets.
Furnished room in 3 environments,
with air conditioning and ceiling fan. Bar and conservatory.
Furnished TV room in blackout environment served by Lavabo.
1 suite with accompanying room to cushion people with walking difficulties with 1 double and 1 single bed. Air conditioning and ceiling fan.
2nd Walk:
4 bedrooms, 3 suites, (1 Master with 2 environments and balcony) and 1 served by exclusive social bathroom. All equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fan, double bed and sofa bed and are supplied with hot water from solar heater.

2nd House:
Top:
1 loft style apartment with double bed, king size sofa bed, TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan, kitchen, bathroom and 1 Master suite with 1 double bed and 3 sofa beds and air conditioning.
Bottom of 2nd house:
Large covered environment with barbecue fitted with built-in cabinets, ceiling fans, L-shaped granite sink over 2 mts and back-side barbecue accompaniments, fridge-freezer and cooktop so you don't have to travel to the main house kitchen .
Large laundry room with tank, washing machine.
Recreation Area:

Delightful retreat

Such a great property, location and owner/manager! This property has everything you need and is well situated with everything you could want nearby. This is a great retreat away from the everyday for vacation with family or friends. Just note that there are additional charges for water and electric use. The owner is extremely helpful, respectful and gracious.

Strandurlaub mit großer Familie in wunderschöner Umgebung

Wir haben eine schöne Woche gemeinsam mit unserer großen Familie in den beiden Häusern verbracht. Es war genügend Platz für 15 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind. Wir konnten täglich kochen (ausreichend Töpfe, Pfannen, Teller, Tassen, Besteck ect. vorhanden) und grillen. Der Pool war sauber, es war ausreichend Platz im Außenbereich. Autos konnten sicher im Gelände abgestellt werden. Das WLan hat super funktioniert. Und zum Strand war es nicht weit zu laufen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

O anfitrião foi muito atencioso, a casa fica a 1 km da praia, dá para ir a pé ou de carro. A casa tem um piscina ótima, a qual apresentou um probleminha, mas o proprietário fez todo o esforço para corrigir. As camas não são muito confortáveis, mas a casa é bem espaçosa e acomodou bem toda a família e retornaremos com certeza para revivermos esse momento. Agradeço novamente ao Sr. Daniel pela atenção dedicada.

O anfitrião é, sem dúvida, solícito, mas algumas coisas incomodaram muito na hospedagem. A piscina não estava em condição de uso; as toalhas foram contatadas à parte, mas entregues molhadas. O proprietário insistiu em enviar todos os dias a rotina de manutenção da piscina, entregue suja e com a água turva. O Daniel é ótimo, mas a casa não atendeu as expectativas, que eram altas, considerando o anúncio. Tendo em vista a lista de exigências e deveres diários para o locatário, esperava receber o requinte, conforto e aconchego propagados no contrato.

Gostamos muito da casa e a hospedagem acabou sendo perfeito pra nosso grupo. Não conseguimos aproveitar da piscina porque nossa agenda foi cheia a beça. Única coisa que podia melhorar é a agua quente pois tomamos alguns banhos com agua fria. We really liked the house and the accommodation ended up being perfect for our group. We were unable to enjoy the pool because our schedule was full. The only thing that could be improved is the hot water as we took some showers with cold water.

Muito agradável

Comemoramos em família o aniversário do meu marido com acomodação para todos confortavelmente. Foram 4 dias maravilhosos. A localização é de fácil acesso, numa rua tranquila e próxima de padaria, bares , restaurantes e farmácia. A casa é antiga mas bem conservada e com tudo funcionando bem. O Daniel é extremamente solícito, responde rapidamente as mensagens e atendeu a todas nossas solicitações, e ainda presenteou meu marido com um vinho maravilhoso. Contratamos a Iracy para nos auxiliar na cozinha no preparo do café da manhã, uma deliciosa feijoada e os acompanhamentos do churrasco. A piscina é ótima. Aproveitamos muito a área da churrasqueira onde fazíamos nossas refeições e podíamos ficar batendo papo tranquilos. Com certeza voltaremos e recomendo a todos.
