Bom, estive hospedada no carnaval de 2018 no apto do Sr. Jan , Genteee! que apto maravilhoso! O pessoal ficaram encantados, é muito espaçoso, tem de tudo! não precisa levar nem papal higiênico ,sabonetes, travesseiros edredons tudo limpinho. O apto bem localizado pertinho da praia, os funcionários muito educados e sempre procurando nos atender com a maior educação e presteza, ao Nildo, o Francisco e o Jailson, o nosso muito obrigado!! O Sr. Jan nossa! !nem sei o que dizer dele, sempre muito atencioso, procurando resolver todas as minhas dúvidas, com paciência e cordialidades, Obrigado sr.Jan o seu apto nós , atendeu além das expectativas, nunca nós hospedamos em um apto tão completo! recomendo com certeza, e voltarei muitas vezes se Deus quiser!!! Obs: o apto do Sr. Jan é1.0000 Obrigado Sr. Jan por ter nos proporcionado uma estadia tão maravilhosa! sem mais: atenciosamente, Ana Clara Bueno. Ah! esqueci de dizer, a praia é linda e limpa.

Melhor impossível!!!!
Perfeito!!!!! Superou nossas expectativas! Apto grande, confortável e bem arejado. Localização privilegiada. Praia bem tranquila a apenas 50 metros do apto. Pra quem gosta de um pouco mais de agito está praticamente na divisa com a praia de Pitangueiras. Proprietário e funcionários do condomínio muito atenciosos e prestativos. Colocação e retirada dos guarda-sóis na praia pelos funcionários do condomínio. Enfim... adoramos a estadia e pretendemos voltar mais vezes. Obs.: como única sugestão de melhoria, sugiro a ampliação da internet wi-fi para todo o apto, pois só funciona em alguns cômodos. Rodrigo

O apto é bem amplo e bem divido. Tem todos os utensílios de cozinha necessários, os colchões são super confortáveis. O atendimento da portaria e serviço de praia são excelentes. Um lugar ideal para ir com a família e amigos. Super bem localizado. Um lugar que vale a pena ir tirar uns dias de férias.

Excelente apartamento
Fiquei muito impressionado, positivamente, com o apartamento. Trata-se de um apartamento diferenciado, com acomodações e limpeza que superam todas expectativas. O Sr. Jan (proprietário) é muito atencioso e educado. O imóvel cumpre o descrito, e digo mais, vai além do que é possível constatar pela descrição do site. Quartos amplos e confortáveis, cozinha super equipada, salas grandes e ótima sacada. O serviço de praia, bem como todos os funcionários do prédio também são ótimos. Recomendo e retornarei em breve!
