Beach service with chairs and umbrella available. 2 parking spaces and parking. in front of the building for visitors. Located in the center of Pitangueiras, two blocks from the sea, approximately 200 meters. No use of cars to go to the beach, restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, fairgrounds, shopping, commerce in general. Great for good walks. The nearby streets are well lined. Building with concierge 24 hours, very safe and clean. Excellent staff.

são tantas qualidades que fica até difícil descreve pelo pouco espaço, primeiro a proprietária é super educada, transparente, prestativa. O pessoal do prédio, são todos educados e alegres. O apto é maravilhoso, o ambiente espaçoso, e tem tudo q precisa, pertinho da praia, perto de mercados e bancos. Com serviço de praia, e o rapaz foi muito legal, super bacana e qdo ficavamos em duvida onde colocar o guarda sol, dizia: "pode escolher, aqui a gosto o fregues". Os quartos maravilhosos, tudo limpo e organizado. Com toda certeza retornaremos o mais breve possível. Obg. Cleonice por tudo.

Esta foi a segunda vez que alugamos o apto da sra Cleonice. Mais uma vez o apto estava em excelentes condições, limpeza impecável e fomos muito bem recepcionados pelo pessoal do Condomínio. Tivemos um pequeno problema com a geladeira que foi prontamente resolvido pela Cleonice. Nesta ocasião tivemos a oportunidade de conhecê-la pessoalmente e também seu marido, os quais são pessoas extremamente educadas, atenciosas e muito solícitas. Enfim mais uma vez só tenho a agradecer a sra Cleonice pelo excelente apto em que passamos mais um Natal maravilhoso em Família.

O apartamento é maravilhoso, tudo limpo, bem cuidado e organizado. Nos sentimos em casa, pois o apartamento é muito confortável, possui wi-fi no apto, televisão na sala e nos quartos, há duas vagas de garagem, o que nos proporciona uma tranquilidade maior, uma vez que estávamos com dois veículos. A localização do apto é excelente, pois não precisamos usar o carro para nada. A Cleonice foi muito atenciosa, nos sentimos muito seguros no momento da negociação.
