-Old farmhouse, charm and character with modern convenience



- 5 total beds, 1 king, 1 Queen main floor, 3 twin beds upstairs.



-Full kitchen with granite countertop and coffee station



-Family and pet friendly



-Hot tub on front porch comfortably seats 4 adults



- Babbling brook to listen to most of the year



-Many new appliances



-Wine tours and apple picking area



Come relax in the hot tub in the evening while listening to the creek. Feel free to wind down by a outdoor fire pit and make memories.



Raised bed garden has started growing. All guests are welcome to the produce as it because available.



A short distance off of the main road this old farmhouse has hills and a creek that surround it. There are fruit trees on the property as well as an old barn being renovated. (Please stay out of the barn)



Quiet area with little road traffic.



You will need to get here by your car or uber or lyft. You can park cars in the driveway, but please stay off of the grass.

IMSA RACE WEEKEND

Daniel's place was exactly as advertised. Everything worked out well for our group. There were four of us - all guys. Two near 50 and two mid 70's. We were there for the IMSA race at Watkins Glen. Location is rural. All the appliances worked well. We used the hot tub, BBQ, stove, oven, toaster oven, kettle. We would book this location again next year if we return for next year's IMSA year. Daniel was easy to get a hold of and responded to any of our queries within minutes. Town of Horseheads is just down the road. The restaurants there were excellent.
