The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave all beds unmade. Load and start any leftover dishes in the dishwasher. Put all used towels in the washer but do not start. Take all trash with you, NOT to be left in the garage.
If grill is used, please clean after use.
Put thermostat on 75 in the summer, 65 in the winter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please remove bedding and leave at foot of bed. Leave all towels by the washer.
If there are dishes left on departure day please start the dishwasher before leaving.
Please take out all trash on departure day.
