Private waterfront cottage on beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee! We have a master bedroom complete with TV, dresser and ceiling fan, second bedroom has 2 double beds and on suite bathroom, bunk room is on the main floor with a twin on top and a double on bottom. Extra guests? The futon in the game room will accomodate! Relax on the deck over looking the bay or swim on the private island beach with swim platform! Want a night out? Short drive to Weirs Beach. Enjoy a relaxing day on the lake with our 2 kayaks. Rainy days are no problem with the game room downstairs with darts, ring game and cards!

Perfect in every way

centrally located to all the activities we wanted. Game room downstairs big plus for everyone. Owner very responsive for any questions. slept 6 with no problem. The waterfront view was wonderful. will definitely book again.

Charming waterfront cottage.

Wonderful charming waterfront cottage with all amenities including fun gameroom. It includes a nice clean shared beach in gated community. The owner was easily accessible and answered questions promptly. Highly recommended for peaceful lake front retreat.

Wonderful cottage on the lake

We enjoyed our 2-week stay at this cottage, which sits on a small privately condo-ed island. The cottage and island is great for families with small children. There's a small beach on the island where kids can play and swim on the lake in a protected area. Cottage is very close to grocery stores and nearby attractions. While positioned as 3 bed-rooms, it's more like a 2 bedroom, with a 3rd sleeping area w/ a bunk bed that's sectioned off the living rooms with a curtain. This was fine for our family, but may not be suitable for bigger families with needs for 3 private bedrooms.

Amazing property in a peaceful location

We spent a wonderful week in this condo, which is in a quiet part of Paugus Bay. The host was really quick to respond and had the cottage stocked with all of the essentials, from linens to utensils. The condo is cozy and inviting and has plenty of space. Our teen loved having his own place to sleep downstairs and our younger son claimed the bunk beds right away. The kids loved the game room and we loved sitting on the back porch to drink our morning coffee. There is a nice swimming area on a private beach and great fishing right behind the condo. We would love to stay here again in the future!
