Brand new 3 bedroom home very close to Meredith Town Beach (400 yards). One mile to downtown Meredith with its great shops and restaurants. Very close to Meredith's wedding venues. Nice yard, parking for six. Inside you have everything you need; central air, fully equipped kitchen, large flat screen TVs.

It is a pleasant walk into town, with sidewalk all the way. You have a great view of Lake Waukewan, just across the street, in the winter, less so in the fall when the foliage fills in.
