You are 1 min drive to the Beach, 5 min driving to TOP 10 Beaches in Mexico "Playa Balandra". Off-Grid Property with Starlink Wifi, Private RoofTop with Bath Tub with jets,Mini Golf. Gated community 24/7 Security.

We offering ATV / UTV Rental during all your stay so if you dream ever to wake up in the morning and jump on your ATV and ride to 'Balandra Beach' 5min away or 'Tecolote Beach' 3min away or just go for ride around the beach.(rent base on availability).
How about Hourse Riding on the beach during sunset? we have Hourses tours around our property.
Ready to catch your Dream fish?Marlin,Mahi,Yellowtail,Sailfish? We can arrange your fishing trip and send you a captain to pick you up from the beach on front of you.
Studio Unit #2 - Its a studio 35 m2 (400sq) with kitchen , QUEEN bed , Full Bathroom , Closet , Outside Private Terrace ,Private Hot Tub on rooftop.
1 Parking Spot.On property we have another unit down and villa on the side.
