The space was impeccable and had ample amenities such as tons of bath towels and a well stocked kitchen. It had new appliances, and the open feeling of the family room was perfect for a party of 6 to hang out comfortably. The high ceilings, view and accessibility to everything were additional perks. Michael was friendly, accommodating, and prompt if we had any questions.

Great Location

The condo was very clean and located close to whiskey row and 4th street live. We also were able to walk to the Louisville Slugger bat museum. Highly recommend for a great downtown experience.

5 stars in every way. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Free parking as well. Such a historic building that adds to the Louisville fun. Plenty of everything. Towels, bedding, supplies. Comfortable beds with lots of pillows. The views are gorgeous. We can't wait to stay here again. The host, Michael was the best you could ever ask for. So attentive. The only thing I wish it had was directions for the wifi, garbage location and workout room. But, just so we didn't have to bother anyone. Do yourself a favor and stay here.

Amazing Stay

Beautiful Condo with easy access to downtown. I booked this place to house 3 of my sales reps while we were in town for a convention. All 3 had great things to say about the property and how comfy the beds were and how much room they had to spread out during the downtime. I personally stayed in another condo in the same building but the location is central to all the bars / restaurants you can walk to plus easy pickup and dropoff access for Uber. The building and rooms are super easy to access. The property owners were super easy to work with and had great communication when it came time for check-in and check-out. Would highly recommend staying here.

There is sooooo much to say about thia unit, where to begin?! We stayed for 3 nights over the Indigenous peoples day weekend, 4 adults, all middle aged women with opinions that colide more often than not. Imagine our disbelief when we all loved the space! Beautifully decorated, historically kept as much as possible, comfortable beds, solid furniture, bathrooms that were well appointed and had great towels and toiletries...wonderful! Kitchen was sticked from drinkware, dishes and utensils to spices and cookware. Coffee pods provided, dish pods, bottled water in the fridge. Waher and dryer as well as laundry pods...it was wonderful having done laundry before leaving and not having to wahs it when we got home! Location? Absolutely fantastic! Walkable area to just about everything imaginon the Main St and Market St. Area's. Safety was never a concern, building is key coded everywhere. The biggest joy was our consistent and quick communication woth our host, Michael. Nothing less than outstanding! From booking to arrival to checking out, superb and kind service. We felt more like we were dealing with a friend than a stranger ans we couldn't recommend this unit or the hosts more. You won't be disappointed in this penthouse, it's worth every cent! Oh, and you get a free parking space in a garage a block away!
