Please be mindful that this cabin was built in 1974 and has some age to it. There is natural wear on the floors and trim but otherwise, she's well-kept and well-loved. We hope you and your family/group enjoy yourselves in this home. This cabin is in the middle of a forest so naturally you may spot bugs and other critters. If any issues arise during your stay, we have a full crew of handymen, cleaners, pest control, HVAC, and other specialists who can help address any issues that can naturally arise in an older home.

House Rules:
No parties or events are allowed.
Must be 25 years of age minimum to rent this property
No fireworks are allowed at this property. Fees will be applied
No smoking is allowed inside.
Suitable for toddlers and children under 12.
No unregistered guests are allowed.
Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
Please respect the noise curfew.
Please turn off the AC when you go out.
Please respect check-in and check-out times.
Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
Please do your dishes.
Please take the trash out before you leave.
No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.

QUIET HOURS 9 PM to 9 AM 7 days a week. Please respect the neighborhood.

Smoking/ Drugs: This is a non-smoking and drug-free house in or outside of the home. A $300 fee will be charged for any trace of smoke, marijuana smell, or the use of illegal drugs. This includes if you smoke outside and bring in a smoke/marijuana smell into the home.

If you are hosting a party, event, group, or additional non-overnight guests, please provide a full written description of the purpose of your large gathering and the maximum number of guests you will host at the property at any one time. We do not allow more than 20 guests at the property at any one time. We also expect you to respect the following: Guests must clean up after themselves and follow all the checkout instructions. Additional cleaning charges will be applied to the guest if all check-out instructions are not fully followed.

Guests must respect the quiet hours from 9 pm - 9 am. While you have complete privacy inside the home, I have multiple security cameras on the property showing the number of people going in and out of the property. If guests do not comply with the house rules when hosting events/parties, a security officer will be called to break up the party. All costs associated will be charged to the guest and may range from $300-$500. The police will be called thereafter due to the violations of the guest rental agreement and therefore would be considered trespassing.

An additional $300 minimum penalty will be applied if there are lost items or damage done to the home. If the value of the lost items and damage is greater than $300, then the guest will be reimbursed up to the value.

A $300 penalty will be applied for a late checkout to compensate for the cleaner's time.

A $300 penalty will be applied for trash that accumulates to more than 3 trash bags a night or if you leave any large pieces such as furniture or appliances.

A $300 penalty will be applied if there is an excessive mess left after the guest's stay which includes but is not limited to trash not collected in bins, dirty dishes, dirty/sticky floors/furniture, stains, scratches, or other damage to property or furniture. The guest will be charged if they don't make a good faith attempt at all check-out instructions.

Booking Disclosure: We require all guests to sign an electronic rental agreement and provide a $300 security deposit that will be released back to your card on file upon confirmation of a clean check-out.

Guests will have access to the entire property including all the living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, back yard, and the rest of the 3 private wooded acres

You'll also notice that there are significant discounts for weekday reservations to accommodate working professionals or family/friends looking for a mid-week stay.

I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are readily available Monday - Friday 9 am-6 pm via VRBO Messenger only. We may not be able to respond to you quickly during our off-hours period. If you have an emergency please dial 911.

You'll be able to check-in anytime after 4:00pm through the smart lock doorknob. You will be messaged the code a day before your reservation through the VRBO messaging platform.

We ask guests to do the following before their 10 am check-out.
● Garbage: Garbage must be piled inside the outside for the cleaner or they must be taken to the housing-association trash compactor associated by general trash, recycling and cardboard.
● Dishes / Spills: Before leaving, wash all the dishes you used and place them on the drying rack. If something has spilled, please clean it up immediately afterward.
● Towels: Place all used towels in the hamper.
● Furniture: If you’ve moved any furniture, you must move them back to its original location.
● Make sure to take all your items with you. Make sure to double-check items that you may have left in the refrigerator, backyard, garage, washer/dryer, and kitchen cabinets. People often leave items in these areas.
● Check-Out: Please lock the front door after you leave
