Newly constructed in 2023 with all the modern conveniences, this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom condo is located close to the beautiful Blue River in Silverthorne, CO. Enjoy close proximity to 5 World Class Ski Resorts, Nordic Ski areas, ice fishing, snow tubing and more for Winter activities. Summer explodes in Summit County with fly fishing, hiking, biking, golf, rafting, live music and more! Hot tub, outdoor patio and deck, great WiFi, heated garage, workspace, blackout curtains and record player with an awesome selection of music greats are a few of the things we love about the townhome. We are located just steps from the bike path and the North Pond which is great beach front water access for paddle boarding, fishing or cooling off with a quick dip in the water. Several restaurants within a couple minute drive, Target, Murdochs and Lowe’s are conveniently located nearby.

Great Mountain Getaway

My family stayed here for a weekend trip and it was wonderful! The property is beautiful and has everything you need. The beds are comfortable, my nieces stayed in the bunk beds and loved them. Great location as well as there are shops nearby to grab food or groceries.

Absolutely loved this place! This place is perfection. Immaculately decorated, very comfortable, so clean and the beds were the most comfortable beds we had ever slept in. Kitchen is fully decked out with everything you need. Kristi was very communicative and check in and check out was easy. We will be saving this spot for future visits!

Very nice property -- kitchen equipped with all the essentials, appliances were top end, sheets very nice, comfortable beds, everything was very clean, and walkable to the beautiful river trail!

We had a wonderful stay in Dillon! The check-in and check-out process was seamless and stress-free. Crowd pleasing mountain stay!

We had a lovely stay at this delightful property while in town for a family wedding.The townhouse is located in a newly constructed quiet neighborhood with fantastic views, just minutes from stores and restaurants. The host has thoughtfully equipped both the interior and exterior spaces to create a clean, comfortable and cozy stay. You would be hard pressed to find anything lacking. Definitely recommend and would definitely return!

Really nice location & space. TV's had a few issues- the living room jad no remote & one of the bedrooms had a tv that had no power (cord didnt reach the outlet). We didn't really need the TVs so not a big deal.

Everything we needed!

This was a great place for our family of 4. Kitchen has quality stainless steel cookware and an easy to use air fryer. We cooked breakfast and dinner each day. Well stocked with paper goods. We played games and the record player was a fun touch. Kristi is a fabulous host. Responded quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommend this place. We’ll stay again!

Perfect Space for the Family

We were really impressed with the property. I surprised my parents with a trip to CO to visit with my two brothers. There were 5 adults and we had plenty of space. Each of us had our own room. The location was ideal, easy access to I70, shopping, restaurants and local ski areas. My chef brother would recommend some non-stick pans for cooking. Other than that is was great. I would stay again and recommend the house and neighborhood.

Incredible views!!!

I rarely leave a review however I couldn’t not leave one for this anazing place and host. Someone else mentioned the pictures don’t do it justice and I 100% agree!! I have rented through VRBO for years and this place blew me away. Not only are the views amazing from the living area, but everything in that home is top notch quality. The beds are amazing and sooo comfortable, the blankets are so great that my son asked me to ask the host where they got them, the kitchen is stocked full of very nice appliances and accessories. The host is so responsive and willing to help in any way possible. Truly a wonderful week here and will definitely be coming back!!
