Kids loved The Discovery nearby, and we were able to conveniently walk/drive everywhere we wanted to go. Saturday night, the street noise was loud until past midnight, but the rest of the time everything was great.
The location is so amazing. Set perfectly in midtown keeping everything a short enjoyable walk. No complaints at all. The property management is easy to reach out to and quick to respond. Will be seeking DND stays moving forward.
This unit is located right in midtown within walking distance of many great restaurants and bars. It is also a fairly short walk to the river and downtown. Despite being on the main street in Reno it was actually pretty quiet. The rooms were clean, well stocked with towels and I appreciated having a place with two bedrooms and two bedrooms.
Good size 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Very centrally located to great restaurants and coffee houses in Midtown; just steps from the apartment. As much as the location was great for food/entertainment, there’s so much street activity, it was a very noisy location. Late night cars and people yelling going to and from bars.

Towels were very limited (4 bath towels, 1 hand towel, 1 makeup wash cloth, 0 kitchen towels.)No extra pillows, blankets, or bedding. Shower curtain was stained/gross with yellow ring across the bottom. The couch cracks were filled with crumbs from previous guests. Toilet closet had an awful smell of cigarette smoke. Smelled like the cigarette smoke was coming in from another unit through the exhaust fan. The smell was only awful in the toilet closet, luckily or we would have had to find somewhere else to stay.Expect road noise and foot traffic noise especially in the bedroom next to stairwell/elevator. Assigned parking spot was very tight, but luckily street parking was available. Very close to restaurants and a little too close to adult entertainment establishment.

Kills me to write a negative review but feel it’s worthy- simply to manage expectations. For what it’s worth the host was very responsive and if we were not traveling with kids, single and fancy free perhaps the following wouldn’t have been so bad. And if it were one or two issues… we could manage- but cumulatively… we were bummed... We arrived later in the evening, designated parking spot was half taken by an unplated car- causing confusion and extra hassle. No toilet paper and only a small bit left of paper towels. No sponge to wash dishes, hardly any towels, feet were black from the floor, toaster oven had no shelf- so unable to use. The biggest issue was the smell. Cigarette smoke and marijuana. We tried to air it out, unloaded a can of fabreeze. The bathroom never did not smell like smoke. Centrally located did mean walking distance to a lot of food options (bonus) but super loud- all night- drag racing, exhaust and sound systems right out front.
