Pajaro Dunes is located on a secluded 1.5 mile stretch of idyllic sandy beach along the Monterey Bay on the beautiful central California coast. Enjoy this incredible vacation spot in 68 Pelican Point, a four bedroom, 2 bath condo located directly on the beach. Because this ramp-accessible unit is located on the top floor, views of the ocean are visible from nearly every room and panoramic vistas from the master bedroom and living room area. With a fully equipped kitchen, and large communal space, 68 Pelican Point is the perfect place to enjoy a family vacation, catch up with a group of friends, vacation with another family, share a family reunion or host a conference or retreat.

Many visitors spend their whole vacation here at Pajaro Dunes. You can enjoy cocktails while watching the sunset, play board games by the fireplace or read a book while overlooking the ocean. Lay out in the sun, body surf in the ocean, and build a castle in the sand. Take long romantic walks down the beach. For sports fans, there are also Tennis and Volleyball courts available.

We loved this place. Our condo was on the third floor, so it was nice that there were carts for our luggage, plus no stairs. All ramps which made it easier to come and go. The condo was clean, beds comfortable, plenty of room.If in the area again, will rent Incredible Beachfront again.

Great spot!

This was a great spot right on the beach. We loved the views from the balcony, living, and primary bedroom, and listening to the waves at night. Location was private and easy access for beach days with the kiddos. The place was a bit dated, but all the essentials were there, it was clean, and the owners communicated quickly. We throughly enjoyed our stay!

Family Vacation

The condo was perfect for our family. There was plenty of space and even a high chair for my granddaughter. Pat was such a pleasant host always going the extra mile to make our trip more enjoyable. The condo was centrally located between Monterey and Santa Cruz so there was so many activities for our family to do. Looking forward to coming back.

Excellent condo at Pelican Point

Loved the condo! Very comfortable for our two families traveling together. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Unit had everything we needed. Excellent ocean views. We saw whales every day! Usually around 3:30pm.

Wonderful family getaway at the dunes!

We had a lovely pre-Christmas family getaway with three generations meeting up at Pat’s place. It was a perfect space for the occasion. Plenty of room for everyone, family-friendly furnishings, a gorgeous view from the living room and primary bedroom, and easy access to the beach. The kitchen was well-stocked for preparing large family meals. The host provided clear and helpful directions and other info about the property that made our stay comfortable. We hope to return soon!

Wonderful place to stay!

We wanted a place on the beach that could accommodate 8 of us. We are 4 couples in our 50s and loves this place! The view of the beach was wonderful and relaxing! It was really clean, lots of towels, dishes and pans. We went deep sea fishing, kayaking with otters, whale watching and walking at Fisherman’s wharf. Pat was great with communication and we would definitely give this place a high recommendation and would love to return!! Thanks Pat!

Amazing location, nice condo

This location was amazing, as is the view from the condo. Four adult sisters and one child shared the space, at it was comfortable for this number. The experience would be improved by investing in some new patio chairs (the two available were completely broken), some additional glassware, and a showerhead that rises above the head of an average height adult, but overall, a super place for a getaway!

Wonderful location and stay

The location of the condo was perfect. It was a short walk to the beach and the views were wonderful. The owners were very responsive to our questions and the unit was very clean. Lots of pots and pans and dishes for cooking at home. Even though the condo was located on the third floor, there is a very manageable walkway with no stairs to allow easy access. And there are push carts available to wheel your possessions to the condo. Overall, a wonderful stay!
