Enjoy the view of the slopes, the warmth of the fireplace, the jacuzzi on the deck, and a brand new modern condo with every imaginable amenity!

Make the easy 2 minute walk to skiing at Deer Valley, or just steps to a bus route to access Park City, the Canyons, and Main Street without getting in your car. Private ski locker (Deer Valley provides free ski storage by the lifts so ski gear can be carried up one time!)

Our unique layout provides a 3BD space with two King bedrooms and one Queen bedroom: One master bedroom and adjoining connecting rooms between the King and Queen bedrooms. The condo has been fully remodeled using a top interior designer, completed in 2024 with an all new layout, kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, lighting, technology, appliances and amenities. Every detail has been considered...it is a magical space. Underground parking, elevator access.

In the summer, it a great place to enjoy many activities like biking, hiking, and kayaking the lake!

We had a wonderful time. Everything was new and in great condition. The location was great, easy to walk to the lift as well as enjoy dinner at the St. Regis. Enjoyed the view from the hot tub as well. Also, loved the toilets :)

Newly Renovated, so clean, quiet. Easy walk to Deer Valley lodge with two kids. Toto washlet toilets were a hit with the kids. No food staples provided so bring any tea or coffee (incl your own K cups) or hot chocolate you would need. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent Ski Weekend Stay!

Spacious unit within walking distance of Snow Park Lodge. Recently renovated provided all the modern conveniences we were looking for. The kitchen had everything we needed, cooking on the stovetop griddle made it feel like home. Master suite and additional en-suite bedroom made it a comfortable stay for the whole group. Ski storage in the hallway made hauling and storing all our gear hassle free. Communication was great! We will be back to this gem!

Great condo steps from Deer Valley

Out family of four really enjoyed this modern condo that is literally steps from Snow Park Lodge at the base of Deer Valley. It could not be more convenient or more ideally located. It has recently been renovated and has everything you need for the perfect ski trip. The kitchen is complete with new appliances, a coffee maker, toaster, loads of dishes and cookware. Each bedroom has its own TV. The bathrooms are spacious with plenty of extra linens, and there's a full size washer and dryer in the unit. There's also plenty of space in the entryway to hang ski gear (helmets, jackets, googles, etc.) and convenient cubbies to put away boots. The living space has comfortable recliners, and the hot tub on the patio was perfect, with a great view. The garage was easy to access and is especially convenient if there's snow during your stay. Although we had a car, you can catch the Park City bus very close by, as well.Communication with the owner was great, with a very detailed welcome email, outlining everything you need to know about the condo including instructions for entry, wifi, how to use some of the modern appliances, etc. The owner was also very responsive throughout our stay.We would love to stay here again when we return to Deer Valley!

This place was perfect for us! Updated and clean, it was a fantastic base for our trip. We easily walked to the Snow Park lodge and grabbed our skis from the amazing Deer Valley staff. While the snow was not good, our time here and Park City was great! John and Bo were very responsive and we did not have any issues with the house. We really enjoyed the deck, the HOT tub, the full bathrooms (with fancy toilets!), and the beds were very comfy. We will definitely be back.

Our family has enjoyed our Powder Run Condo since the building opened in the late 1980's, with kids and grandkids growing up enjoying the joys of mountain life. We rent out our mountain paradise when not in family use, and manage the rental ourselves. The 2024 full remodel took a 80's condo and turned it into a modern masterpiece.
