PINNACLE PORT AMENITIES: 2 Outdoor pools, tennis courts, volleyball, shuffle board, bocce, beach access, sauna, playground, charcoal grills, movie nights (Tuesday nights in the summer), boat launch for kayaking in Powell Lake (kayaks can be rented in adjacent Camp Helen State Park), Large pool is heated and partly covered/enclosed. It is fully enclosed and heated in the winter. Pool enclosure area is heated as well in the winter. Perfect for off-season swimming even in January!!

BEACH: Pristine PRIVATE beach with Direct Beachfront access and showers, beach chairs (2), beach towels (4), beach umbrella, beach toys for kids (located on our 1st floor balcony)

NOTE: This unit is 2 levels. 2 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs, living room, dining, kitchen and laundry/bathroom downstairs. 1 balcony upstairs and one downstairs. There are stairs in the condo.

IN-UNIT LAUNDRY: New front-load stacked washer and dryer on 1st floor. Laundry baskets, and battery operated stick-vacuum are provided as well.

** We make every effort to allow guests in unit as soon as possible (early) on check in day. Please let me know if this is a priority for you.
