Perfect stay

We were in town for a conference at the convention center and couldn’t have been more pleased. The location is amazing. We parked the first day and didn’t use our car all week. The place was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. We will definitely stay at this property again in the future!

As mentioned in some other reviews, it’s a bit of extra work to temporarily leave your car and get into the apartment first before you can leave it in the garage, but instructions are well spelled out and it’s worth it for the downtown parking. Downtown can be noisy at night; that’s something anyone should just expect. For a historic building, this was well kept and a great choice for a game day stay! Would definitely choose again.

Great Spot in Downtown Indy

We came in town for the BOA Grand Nationals. The location is perfect. We could walk to amazing restaurants and to Lucas stadium. The property is well taken care of. It says it can sleep 4 but all we saw was a pull out bed that slept our child. It only has one bathroom so 4 people would be crowded. It was perfect for a family of 3. Instructions to property and how to get in were well-written out for us. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location. Zero communication from owner, I asked a question and they canceled reservation, then refused refund requiring me to go through dispute process with my CC provider. They never replied to numerous emails, messages and texts from both me, Expedia, VRBO and CC provider. I DO NOT RECOMMEND RENTING WITH THIS PROPERTY.
