We were there to watch a colts game for the night.apartment had a nice view and was very clean.small issues only.hot water was in short supply.and was woke up to jack hammering at 7am right outside the apartment,but that’s not their fault.I blame the city.

The overall property met the need. The place was clean and in close proximity to the convention center. It was disappointing to see that I never receive a response to my question as I was trying to determine how to best arrive to the location. There was also no message sent specific to the checkout process.

Great stay

We had a great stay, the location was wonderful, the apartment was clean and tidy. We enjoyed our stay, the only thing we had a problem with was leaving the parking garage, we were unaware that we needed the pass to get our so we had an ordeal there, otherwise there were no complaints!

Great Location

Cozy little apartment in a great location that provided easy access to all the downtown locations. The free parking in a secured garage was awesome. Parking in downtown can get quite pricy if you stay in a hotel.

Property was amazing ! Could not have asked for a better location !!! There was a slight issue with check in due to computer issues . Basically the link that was sent has to be copied and pasted in order to access . After multiple attempts I figured that out . The host just kept telling me the link worked so I did get a bit frustrated………But honestly it was technicality , that was unavoidable. Did feel the response was slow but we got in and the stay was Magnificent!

Pros: good communication from owner, accurate photos, plenty of amenities within rental (although a good amount comes with an extra charge), a lot of space in the rental. Good location if going to a colts game downtown (walking distance)Cons:Towels not clean (hair, stains), sheets clean, but stained, general rental clean but not pristine. Out of the owners control - terrible parking*, one working elevator, not a super clean/welcoming building, loud city noise at night - bring a sound machine if staying here if this bothers you. *seriously - don’t plan on parking in the garage here if you have anything larger than a medium SUV. We struggled to get in and out of the garage with a 4 runner and the spot provided was TIGHT. Could not open the trunk while parked in the spot. Also, have to pay for parking for a pass they already have. Seems kind of silly if the spot is going to sit there unoccupied anyway…. But we knew booking we would have to pay.

I was very disappointed with this stay. Although its in a convenient location and overall a nice place, there were several minor issues and one major issue. Minor issues included charging extra for parking (which was not clearly stated in the description), having to find a temporary parking spot (which there are none close by) before and after your stay in order to get and return the key fob to open the parking garage, and a matress that felt like sleeping on a trampoline. The major issue, though, was that we discovered when getting ready to go to bed the first night that the blinds that cover the windows would not rotate to block others from looking in. There's a building directly across the street with many rooms and even a restaurant with a clear view into the condo, and since it has an open wall to the bedroom, its not just a view of the living room, but the bedroom as well! This also means there was a lot of street lights that kept the bedroom lit up all night long. I wrote the host the next morning about the issue and did not receive a response, so we had to sleep a second night in the same condition. After checkout, I brought up the issue again and still did not receive a response. This is terrible customer service and almost feels like they want people to be able to see into the property. I'm not usually the kind of person to leave negative reviews, but feel the need to speak up this time. I recommend looking at other options with a different host.
