Located one block from the beach, your effortless enjoyment of the sun, sand, and surf is guaranteed. When you aren't busy looking for seashells, hop on the shuttle and explore the local hotspots. Wells boasts numerous eateries, shops, parks, and other entertainment options. Neighboring towns offer fantastic music, art, and social scenes.

Comfortable and full of sunlight, Seas the Day welcomes you with open arms. Inside the French doors, settle down amidst the spacious living room's ample seating and large smart TV. When you get hungry, the full kitchen makes cooking a breeze with its full suite of stainless steel appliances, center island, and granite countertops. Dining with your loved ones is easy at the breakfast bar or sunroom.

Charming nautical themes adorn each of the bedrooms. When additional sleeping arrangements are needed, the loft boasts multiple beds and even a work desk. The home's perks include a private washer/dryer and internet access.

Back outside, fire up the gas grill and host a yummy cookout before hopping on the provided bikes for a ride to the sea. Here, you can watch the sunset's brilliant hues meet the water before heading home to indulge in s'mores over the firepit.

Things to Know
There are two air-conditioning mini-splits: one on the first floor living room and one on the second floor hall. The third floor has a window A/C unit. There are also two wall electric heating units: one on the second floor in the third bedroom and one on the first floor front porch/dining area.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
