We recently stayed here on South Padre Island and had a mixed experience. The biggest downside was the noise, walls are extremely thin. We could hear almost everything happening outside, and traffic at night sounded like it was driving right past our heads, which made sleeping difficult. The condo was also very dated. Water pressure was poor, and the shower setup wasn’t ideal for anyone taller than about 5’2”.On the positive side, the unit was clean upon check-in, and the beds were comfortable and soft. The multiple pool and hot tub options were great for all ages, and beach access was very easy. The views were a highlight, beautiful Laguna Madre sunsets and great Gulf views. We also appreciated the availability of shopping carts and luggage carts, which made hauling groceries, supplies, and luggage much easier.A few things to note: no pool towels are provided, so be sure to bring your own. The location is convenient and within walking distance to many restaurants, as well as candy, ice cream, and novelty shops.Overall, there are some nice amenities and a great location, but the noise level and dated room made it less relaxing than we had hoped
