Corner master suite has wrap around balcony and beautiful bay views. Guest suite has private bath and bay balcony access. Cool calming colors and tile throughout, gorgeous bathroom remodels and more. Ultimate long term rental with room to roam!Features an F floor plan: Living room downstairs, bedrooms upstairsThe master bedroom has a king size bed, the guest bedroom has two twin beds and the living room contains two twin foldaway beds.Tile flooring throughout unitUpdated bathrooms: New vanities, fixtures, and tile surrounds.There is a 48 flat screen TV and a DVD player in the living room and a 40 flat screen TV in the master bedroom.Updated kitchen: Custom cabinets, tile countertops, brushed nickel fixtures.Dining: Table with 8 chairs. 2 barstools.There is a large deck off of the living area facing the gulf. The property was exactly as listed. We loved our stay. Very clean, close to everything, the late check in was super easy, and check out was even easier. This is definitely a place I would stay again!
