You'll be staying in a large townhome-style condo on the 11th and 12th floor of a popular resort building. Downstairs, at entry level, is an open concept living space, large kitchen, and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows leading out to a large outdoor sundeck overlooking the resort grounds and the Gulf of Mexico. Upstairs are dual master suites, each with their own en-suite bathroom. The suites share a large balcony that provides 12th floor views of the Laguna Madre Bay and beautiful South Padre Island. A third full bath on the first level provides convenience both for daytime living.

You may choose to dine-out every night however the kitchen is fully equipped for those gourmet island meals. A full-size washer and dryer in-unit also adds convenience to make this the perfect place for your South Padre Island family getaway!

Sunchase IV is a gated resort with beautiful grounds, private beach access with sand showers, two pools and hot tubs, two children's pools, outdoor grills, tennis courts, racquetball courts, a 2nd floor library, a fitness center, and a 7th floor communal sundeck. The walk through the beautifully landscaped grounds to the private beach access is relaxing and you'll find South Padre Island restaurants, shops, and nightlife all within walking distance as well!
