This beautiful 5 bedroom two story home is in the Glen Eagles village of the popular Remington Golf Community. Remington Golf boasts an 18 hole championship visually striking course with a complete practice area including a unique water driving range. This course is a mile from its sister course, Kissimmee Bay Golf Club. Remington Golf Community is just 1.5 miles north of the intersection of the Florida Turnpike and Hwy 192 which offers great access to Walt Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios theme parks. In the family room is a newly installed 60 inch Smart TV. We have just installed brand new carpet upstairs in all of the 5 bedrooms and hallway. We have also had the interior of the pool resurfaced and it looks beautiful. Shopping and dining can be found in either direction on this central artery. This home is ideal for families with kids, golfers and snow birds. Remington is just a short drive to the Orlando International Airport and is a gated community with the security gates manned at night.
The property management company is available 24 hours a day if you have any problems at the home.

Kissimmee cul-de-sac

Myself and three friends were visiting Kissimmee for the large car auction in January. This house was spacious and had plenty of room for all of us. All areas of the house for clean and well maintained. All of the appliances worked well, and the beds were very comfortable. If I had any complaints, it would only be that the garage, while accessible, was very short. It would not accommodate a longer vehicle like a truck. This was not really an issue for us though. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Great property with plenty of room for a large family. The pool is awesome, and the facilities were clean, well kept! Great communication with the Manager. If you are looking for a place with lots of space in a great location you should definitely consider this home!

Family Visit

My cousins and I rented this property to attend the funeral of a beloved uncle. We were looking for something in a quiet neighborhood with a nice pool area so we could relax and spend time reminiscing/catching up when we weren't attending funeral related activities. This home gave us each privacy to be alone when we wanted, and plenty of space to spend time together. We had groceries delivered and made good use of the kitchen. Bring your own ziploc baggies or plastic containers for leftovers! The pool area is very nice. We spent quite a bit of time in and around the pool. Communicating with the property management group (George) was MUCH easier than our experience with the property management group for a different property! Once we'd made all arrangements, we received an email outlining everything we needed to know about our stay and the property.

The house is on point with the details! Only thing we thought was missing was a grill! But we went to Walmart less the 3 miles from the home and got a charcoal grill and left it there! Hopefully they will leave it with the house! Over all absolutely love the house and the gated community! When they put a hold on the $300 deposit they sent me absolutely everything I needed! Codes, alarms and directions! Will definitely be back!! Only down fail but not on the property... tolls around there drain the pockets! Make sure you bring extra money for tolls! Thank you for everything!

Great value

This five bedroom house was very convenient for us attending a family reunion in St. Cloud. The kitchen had everything we needed for occasional cooking and snacks. The pool was enjoyed by the teenager in our family. The house was very close to lovely walking areas and a little market which was well stocked and only two blocks away. We would be happy to stay here again and feel that this property was a great value and a nice place to stay! The property manager was so helpful and answered our questions immediately.

Great price but don’t expect luxury.

The price you pay for the size of this house is great. But you need to alter your expectations if you’re expecting luxury for that price. The mattresses were very noisy, there are some maintenance issues, and the pool alarm is a huge headache. The pool alarm is required because there is no child gate. The house came stocked with only teenie, tiny bars of soap and one roll of TP per bathroom. No paper towels, no dish soap, no dish detergent, no wash clothes, no pool towels, etc... BUT- the house is large, clean and has plenty of room for 10 adults. So if you’re looking to save some money and don’t mind small inconveniences this house is a good deal. I would stay here again if I was looking for a budget rental.

Loved the house!!! Only issue we experienced was Steve did not always work. We had to keep pushing the wires in to get it to heat up. And extra dining chairs and kitchen bar stools were very loose. We just did used the formal dining table instead. Other than these minor issues the over all experience and stay was wonderful.
