Make this your first choice for a great vacation beach getaway for small families and groups for this very affordable 2 bedroom 2 bath home. Central to beaches, dining, and Lake Powell. This property is located on the 'west end' of the beach which is more quiet and relaxing and makes it easier to have your very own piece of paradise. Great for small groups or honeymoons. There is a master bedroom with a QUEEN size bed and the 2nd room has a TWO TWIN size bed, 2 full size bathrooms for convenience. Kitchen fully equipped, linens and towels provided and a STACKABLE washer and dryer, Also don't forget house is about 100 yards to your private beach.

Family vacation

A wonderful beach vacation. The cottage was perfect for the three of us and the walk to the beach was just a few minites. We would stay again.

Great little beach house

We enjoyed our stay! The location was great with easy access to attractions, restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores. The beach is a private beach for the Sunnyside community and it is a short walk from the beach house. We recommend the house for a weekend visit or a week long vacation stay.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. House was very clean and cozy. Perfect size for us. Beach is just a short walk away. Manager was very helpful with planning prior to our trip.

Beautiful getaway

Great, clean property in a nice location.

The property was very clean and welcoming. It was a nice, short walk to the beach and local to everything you might want to do in PCB. Excellent communication with the owner. It exceeded our expectations and we would recommend this property for those looking for an affordable and clean place to stay. We had a great time and would most definitely stay again.

Greatest little beach house

This was our 4th year renting Jeff's place and oh how we enjoy it! It's like our home away from home & we look forward to it summer. Just a short walk to the private beach, no crowds of people everywhere. Quiet, relaxing & fun for the whole family. Thanks Jeff, see u next year❣️

A Delight!

We enjoyed our vacation so much! This home was convenient to everything & just a 2 minute walk to a very quiet, private beach. My husband & daughters loved walking to the beach every morning & every evening just to check on the sea turtle nests. In the evenings there were little crabs here & there & my daughter had fun catching them & playing with them. The home was great, perfect for all of us. And the beds were so very comfy! We all slept great & really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Home!

This property went above and beyond our expectations. This was a four-day get-together with some guys for a special occasion. The house was within a 5-30 minutes drive of just about anything you'd need or anywhere you'd want to go while at the beach. The location was terrific, very private, and quiet. A two-minute walk to private beach access. The host was easy to communicate with and was happy to answer my questions. I would gladly return here with my friends for another trip!

Good Location

We appreciated the quiet neighborhood location which is also close to getting to the beaches, restaurants, grocery stores and attractions. Not happy with all the pet hair on the furniture and rugs. Also not having an eating space in the kitchen was a negative for us. The mattress in the master bedroom is very comfortable. The walk-in shower in the bathroom is a very nice feature. The parking space available is more than adequate.

After booking and paid in full, we were notified that this property was already rented.

Refund was quick, just an annoying situation. Spent all the day trying to find another rental for that wwekend.

Summer trip

We loved the beach cottage. It was clean and had everything we needed. The yard was nice, parking was good also. The cottage is in a very peaceful and quiet area. The beds were comfortable. The walk to the beach took only a few minutes and the beach area was not crowded at all. The host was great as well. We would definitely book again!

Greatest little place

We stayed here last summer too & love it even more after this summer. It's the greatest little place, very private. We enjoy walking to the beach at sunset & then watching all the stars pop out in the dark sky. U don't get to see that in the city lights of PCB. The beach is never crowded here & so we just have the best time in our own little world.

Perfect weekend getaway!

We absolutely loved staying at this adorable little house! The location is perfect: far enough away from the party scene and super close to the private beach. It was just what we wanted for our kid-free weekend, and we are so looking forward to staying here again! The owner Jeff was great to talk to and super easy to communicate with.
