**This unit provides a free beach setup of two chairs and one umbrella for every day of your stay during season, March 1 - October 31**

Three bedroom unit: King bed in the Master bedroom, 2 Double beds in the Guest & 2 Queen beds in the Guest. Unit includes four TV's and 1 DVD player. It has an open kitchen so you can visit with family and friends while cooking. All tile with new hardwood floors in the bedrooms. NO Sleeper sofa. Unit has a washer and dryer in unit for your convenience. Open balcony with a great view of the Gulf.

Enjoy an early morning cup of coffee or late evening dinner on the balcony with the gulf water sounds in the background. You might even see some dolphins swimming in the gulf but we can guarantee you will see some great sunsets.

You can't beat this location! In the heart of Destin, Shoreline Towers is within minutes from restaurants, shopping, water sports, fishing and golf. The amenities offered at this well-managed resort are amazing! Enjoy the soothing sauna, swim in our pristine clean pool, play tennis or shuffleboard, use the exercise room, grill out, or picnic by the lake. We even have a clubhouse for your gatherings with family and friends. Security on property 24/7 for guest safety and convenience.

Area Attractions:

You are within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and less than a mile from Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park. Walk just steps to the beach. No streets to cross to get to the private beach or the seasonally heated pool. From this lovely complex, you'll experience the sights and sounds of the ocean, watch a sunrise or sunset over the water or the sail boats and fishing boats go by.

Less than 4 miles away is the Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750-square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! The guards were rude and one night it took us 45 minutes to get through the gate. So we will rethink our plans for next year.

It was very clean, absolutely stunning views and the ramp all the way to the sand was a blessing!!! We have a son in a wheelchair and getting him to the beach has always been a struggle, so having a ramp all the way to the sand was absolutely the best part of it all! We also have to give a shout out to the beach service, "Sunset Beach Services" forgetting us set up as close to the end of the ramp as possible and still be waterfront, we requested this at sign up and they honored our request each day, so Thank You to them also for a great vacation! We are already looking to book another vacation in the fall to stay at Shoreline Towers again! :) Also, the check in process was so fast! The staff was very nice!

When we arrived into unit it looked nice but then looking around the counter tops were sandy and tables has dust that had accumulated for awhile. When we checked in at office we were told they were finishing cleaning our unit and waiting for it to be inspected. Well I guess the inspector didn’t do their job or they need glasses! And the back bedroom on the right, both beds need mattresses! All you could feel were spring when you went to bed! I can honestly say we will not be return guest! The best thing going here are the nice ladies in the office at check in.

WE STAYED IN BUILDING 2 AND HAD A SHORT WALK TO BEACH. SHARON AND THE LADIES AT SHORELINE TOWERS ARE DOING AN OUTSTANDING JOB KEEPING GUEST HAPPY WHILE THE CONSTRUCTION WORK PROCEEDS AND CONTRUCTION WORK SCHEDULES ARE CHANGING. IF YOU HAVE RESERVATIONS IN THE NEXT 6 TO 18 MONTHS BE PREPARED THERE MAY BE PERIODS OF CONSTRUCTION NOISE TO CONTEND WITH. CONDO 2036 HAS GREAT BEACH FRONT VIEWS OF THE GULF. FURNISHED NICELY. COUPLES WILL ENJOY THE BALCONY. THE UNIT HAS TWO BATHROOMS WITH PLENTY OF HOT WATER. ONE OF THE SMALLER BEDROOMS WITH TWO FULL BEDS COULD USE A BEDDING UPGRADE. ONCE CONSTRUCTION IS FINISHED I WOULD ENJOY STAYING AT SHORELINE TOWERS AGAIN.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Will not be back to this Unit. Construction was not the major problem. Problems were: Balcony was filthy, kitchen and dining room floors were dirty -sand all over them at arrival, dead **** roaches under kitchen sick. Contacted housekeeping who came to correct. Only middle of floor and balcony was swept, **** roaches left for us to clean. Balcony door would come off track, when we would get on track it was very hard to open. Balcony was very small, from angle picture was taken it looked like a full size balcony. 2 units in Condo, front unit worked fine back unit would not keep it cool. Ceiling fans helped a little, had to go buy small fans. Maintenance was called, said it was working fine. Website pictures need to be updated to show correct furnishings. Unit needs a lot of updates. Did enjoy the short walk to beach. Beach chair/umbrella personnel was excellent, especially the young lady. Very disappointed in the unit for the cost of unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 4th year at staying at Shoreline Towers. We knew of the construction plans going into it but love the location we went any ways. What we didn’t know is that the room above us was getting remodeled and that they were going to jackhammer tile up starting at 8:03am and do it for over 6 hours to where we could not hear each other talk in our unit. Our room this year had a great view but everything else was so disappointing. Owner had so much stuff in kitchen cabinets you had no place to store you food you bought but on your counter. They unit was unlocked when we arrived and the place wasn’t really that clean. Toys were left under the bed, dust all over floor trim, dust on bedroom furniture, something gross on front of master bath sink cabinet. We had a fridge that wouldn’t stay cold so they brought us another one. So now our u it had in our dinning area. We had water leak all over the master bedroom floor and they sent a guy to unclog a pipe on the air conditioner but WE had to soak up the water with towels. They had the issue before cuz the carpet was stained. The air conditioner in the back bedrooms never got below 74 which was to warm for us and never got fixed while we were there. The front air conditioner worked just fine. The handle to the balcony was broke and was so hard to open, we had 3 broken chairs, toilet paper holder master bath broken. The mattress in master & 1 bedroom were so hard and in the 3rd bedroom they sinking in the middle like they were broken. Pillows were so flat you didn’t even know you were laying on one. The owner needs to do some updates on bed issues because when on vacation you need and want a good nights sleep, and take some stuff out of the cabinets in the kitchen. We notified the front office of all the issues but only the fridge & leaking water got fixed while we were there. I would never stay in this unit again.

Reviewer Comments: We loved this condo! It is spacious and had everything we needed! The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes and kitchen aides! New refrigerator was large and had plenty of space. Our favorite feature was the view! Plenty of blankets and sleeping arrangements which is nice. All beds were comfortable. Condo was clean. We were glad we had hair dryer, washer/dryer, iron and iron board available for use! Every window is floor to ceiling with beautiful ocean view! Balcony was small but we were glad to have one! The view from guest bedrooms show parking lot. The property could use landscaping. The pool is at front of property so we never made it up there to use. The office is not aesthetically inviting. Beach service was excellent!

July 4th yearly family getaway

We have stayed at many locations on gulf shore dr and this is our favorite by far. Yes there was construction going on and no it didnt bother us at all not in the slightest bit. What did bother us was the fact that the room we originally booked with more room and a bigger balcony we were told was closed. It wasnt. We seen people out on it while we were there. We also noticed that the water heater was leaking as the master bedroom caroet was always wet in the doorway. There was also an issue with the ice maker. The container holding the ice would fall so we had to cut it off and use things to hold the uce drawer up. Also the back bedroom, the mattresses were very used and very uncomfortable. We ended up pulling them off into the floor to make them slighty more comfy, but yet were still very worn out with big dents in the middle where theyve been very used up. Althought we got a pretty good discount, i still feel our money wasnt as well spent seeing as how we had leaking water heaters and carpets, leaking ice makers, difficult balcony doors, and 2 mattresses that were completely useless. I love shoreline towers, but this unit fell shrort in accomadating their guests. Great loacation, tons of fun, great pool, grills need some work as they are dangerous to use with the smell of gas and burning wires. Will be back, but hope theyve made major improvements.. even some owners were concerned when we were trying to grill. Hopefully better luck next year.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Vacation was awesome. We love Destin. We have stayed atShoreline Towers in the past in a different unit. We expected the same standards. While this unit is furnished adequately, the mattresses on all the bed was absolutely horrible. Cheap motels have better mattresses. There were 5 of us each with their own bed and none of us were able to get much rest because of the beds. The standard for beds in the unit do NOT match other standards. We sleep on the couch taking naps to get some rest. I do not recommend this unit unless you can handle springs in your hips and back. There is lots of renovation going on but that was never an issue for us this trip. We may seek another condo next year. For the money spent the bed should have been update.

We have been going there for 35 years and this year was the final visit. Other family members were already at that point but this years visit did it for us! They should make every owner a mandatory checklist! The sheets did not fit the beds properly and so uncomfortable! Miserable! The only good thing was the umbrella rental people and the beautiful beach and water and that my family was together! The unit was terrible!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Due to COVID, we had to reschedule our trip several times. The rental group was wonderful and very understanding. However, we ended up with unit 2036, a unit we had rented once before. When we arrived, the floors, the sinks, and the shower in the master were so bad we had to clean them with towels and dish detergent. There were dead and live cockroaches. The door to the patio would barely open. We used soap to help that door slide, which we reapplied every 2 days. When we called the office, they sent someone to fix the ice maker in the refrigerator and a person to clean the floors. Also a person brought several roach traps. Ice worked, dead roaches daily and the floor remained filthy. The floor cleaner used a broom with a rag wrapped around it. No mop, no pail of suds. She did not even sweep up the latest dead roach. Need some kind of inspection after the cleaning crew.
