It was tremendous. We were located minutes from my nieces wedding rehearsal and venue. The host took care of all our needs. We would highly recommend this VRBO location.
Cozy bungalow with a great backyard and terrific location to Hazelwood and downtown Waynesville. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit, and the big TV in the living room was perfect for our toddler.
Really enjoyed staying at this property! House has everything we needed and we loved the porches! Host was so accommodating and location was convenient to everything we wanted to do.
This comfortable and cozy home was perfect for our Thanksgiving Trip. Plenty of extras provided for bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen, Very clean and well appointed. Our family enjoyed our stay.
We greatly enjoyed our weekend stay. The host was very responsive and helpful when communicating. The house was clean and provided a comfortable and relaxing stay. We hope to return in the future!
We had an outstanding stay at the bungalow. Communication was terrific from Don, our host. When we arrived, we were treated to a cool Pandora Oldies station streaming from the big screen TV. The house has everything: two bedrooms and two bathrooms, so over a five-night stay, you can spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked. While we ate lunch out every day (at 828 Market in Waynesville, Southern Porch in Canton, Singletree Heritage Kitchen in Waynesville, and Lulu’s on Main in Sylva—all highly recommended), we easily prepared breakfast and dinner daily in the kitchen and enjoyed our meals at the dining room table. Supermarkets nearby are Publix (our favorite) and Ingles. So many great touches in the house: lots of blankets in the sunroom and living room for those chilly mornings, a smart thermostat, lots of interesting books and board games, too. The home is close to Waynesville shopping areas and only minutes away from Lake Junaluska, Maggie Valley, Canton, and Clyde. We will most definitely stay at this house again if we return to Waynesville.
We had a great stay! We loved taking in the mountain views and the proximity to downtown was a plus. The hosts were great and did everything they could to set us up for an enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend!
The location to Waynesville is great! The views of the mountains are very peaceful and beautiful.
We loved everything about the house and it was the most well stocked vacation home I’ve ever stayed in. Great host!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Have rented many places in the area in the last 4 years and this rates at the top of our list. Will definitely come back!
It was perfect for us - very nice fenced yard for our 15 pound dog and visiting two year old grandson. Beds were comfortable and house nicely decorated. We're already planning to come back.
We were in town for our daughter’s freshman orientation for WCU. We enjoyed the house and the location was in perfect proximity to downtown Waynesville. The home was super cozy, we loved all the extra touches that the hosts went out of their way to ensure.
The house is very clean with great furniture . Kitchen is fully stocked. Very flexible host and we definitely stay again when we plan to visit this area. Very close to downtown Waynesville that has great restaurants and coffee shops.
Great location to adventure with family. We have a toddler and it was great. The house was immaculate and it shows they care. The fenced in back yard was clutch for our 3 year old. 11/10 would highly recommended.
Loved the location and the home was perfect for working remotely. Don and Roberta are wonderful hosts. Fenced in yard was great for my dog and I would definitely stay there again. Only 4 minutes from downtown. Thank you!
I was in town for a conference. I like traveling with my dog and having the space to encourage others to come along. This was perfect and well appointed with everything you need. The hospitality was outstanding.
The property is well maintained and very dog friendly. Owners are available with questions and responses which come back so fast. Definitely would recommend to everyone and will come back! and wil
This was a very nicely located and comfortable place for our group. A bit of a distance from our conference location, but we managed to make our twice daily trips very well. Great location to downtown for shopping and very convenient to lots of restaurants. Several favorites especially the Main Street diner. Close proximity for grocery shopping. We enjoyed our time. We do visit every year, and will return in 2025!
This bungalow is a hidden gem and even better in person. Great location and extremely clean. Many thoughtful touches. The back deck is spacious with a fenced yard. The front porch has a great view and is perfect for morning coffee. Spacious yet cozy. We will definitely be booking again next summer.
