We are located on the beautiful Hoopers Bay Beach.
You will stay in your own cottage just a few steps away from the amazing Hoopers Bay Beach.
You have your private and direct access to the beach.
Enjoy the wrap around veranda with comfortable furniture, so you can relax after a day swimming.
The 1,000 square foot cottage is newly furnished and a king-sized bed and a queen sized bed are provided.

Gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Collect all garbage and put it in the garbage can at the entrance to our private road on Queen’s Highway.
Place all used towels on the bathroom floor. Turn off all lights, fans and air conditioning units.
Make sure the outside hose taps are turned off if you used them. Leave the key on the kitchen counter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Hoopers Bay is fantastic as always

This was our third time staying in Exuma. Second time staying on Hoopers Bay, our first with Ava and Cameron. It was an unforgettable stay and so reasonably priced for the amenities and everything that are included. The home has just about anything you would need on a trip, making it so easy to just let go and relax. We would love to come back and stay with Ava and Cameron again!

My husband and I had a lovely stay at the Turquoise @ Hoopers Bay Beach. The cottage was immaculately clean and looked exactly like it was pictured on the website. The location was mid-island, which was perfect for exploring the island. Our host was very responsive to the texts we sent and offered great suggestions for outings. We loved the beach area with its shaded area and spent a few lazy afternoons there. Overall, we had an incredibly nice stay at the Turquoise @ Hoopers Bay! I highly recommend staying there.

A perfect stay in paradise!

We had an amazing time at this lovely home in Exuma. Everything was beyond our expectations. The house was spotless, beautifully scented, and incredibly comfortable — it felt like home from the moment we arrived. BEAUTIFUL and relaxing place

We had a wonderful experience staying at The Turquoise at Hoopers Bay Beach. The house had a nice wrap-around porch which was nice after a long day at the beach. The appliances were updated and the bathroom was super cute. The whole place was well laid out and comfortable. Our friend group would LOVE to stay at The Turquoise again one day.

Return trip to Exuma

Cameron & Eva are very friendly, personable & gracious hosts. Their cottage is very well maintained, comfortable & spacious, with modern updates. It’s outfitted with quality linens, towels, beach towels, and the kitchen has everything you need. They also provide kayaks, SUP, coolers, beach chairs and umbrella. The pool is a huge bonus! Walking distance to grocery &liquor stores. Simply the best location, beach&acvomodation

Pool across the street

We just returned from a glorious 6 days at The Turquoise. I am giving a 4 instead of 5 is because the pool isn't actually at the house, as pictured. It's across the street at Las Palmas. Fortunately we got permission to use it from the lovely lady that checked us in but there were folks staying at the house; FYI if you are going for complete privacy. We didn't mind, it just took me by surprise. We didn't see any turtles at this beach (however, we did snorkelling at blue hole!) but we did see barracuda's swimming around the dock at night :)Beds were comfy, we all had so much fun and my teen and pre teen had the time of their lives with no complaints!All and all, accommodation is beautiful, the locals are lovely, the whole island is amazing and unforgettable and hope to return again 3

Incantevole villa caraibica

Stupenda casa, esattamente come in descrizione a due passi dalla piscina e poco oltre la spiagga di Hoopers Bay. Fornita di tutto quanto può servire (cucina iper attrezzata, bel bagno e camere comodissime), immersa nella natura fra palme e cicale, rifinita in modo curato e super accogliente. A due minuti in auto da uno dei supermercati dell'isola. Cameron è stato sempre diaponibile per qualsiasi dubbio, domanda o anche semplici informazioni e suggerimenti. Ha sempre riaposto in pochissimo tempo e si è sempre reso diaponibile (grazie). Consiglio la Turquoise Villa a famiglie anche con bimbi piccoli (come noi), amici o coppie di amici che si vogliono godere una splendida casa a Exuma.
