The modern, well-equipped kitchen includes all the conveniences you need while in your home away from home. There's counter-height seating has this easily and comfortably become the gathering spot after a day in the sun. The living area offers a newer sleeper sofa, accent chairs, and a large Smart TV—ideal for relaxing after a day in the sun.

The private, spacious master bedroom features ample closet and drawer space, a premium king size mattress, and luxurious linens for ultimate comfort. A smart TV. The oversized en-suite bathroom has been recently updated with the highest quality finishes, to complete your relaxing retreat.

The second bedroom features a newer king bed with a high-quality foam mattress and 100% cotton luxury linens—perfect for restful nights. A smart TV. A large dresser and spacious closet provide ample storage, and room-darkening window coverings ensure peaceful sleep, day or night.

Step out to the backyard to the beautifully landscaped area where you’ll find a large refreshing heated pool. There’s ample seating, loungers and end table to bask is the sun. Also for a bit of shade there is a lanai covered are including a dining table, chairs, and sofa. This property also has several outdoor poolside games....cornhole boards and a plastic axe throwing game.

And if all of this wasn’t enough to get you dreaming about your next getaway, this property also features a propane grill and laundry room with free use of the washers and dryers.

We include a beach wagon, chairs and cooler for your ease and use while you stay with us.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet neighborhood just off the main Estero Blvd. Dead end street makes this a peaceful nook with quick and easy access to anything you could want/need on our island. Nature preserve just at the end of the road. Beach access and restaurants only steps away.

Getting Around:
Free Island tram stops one block away for easy transportation. Service goes from 8am-11:30pm daily. November -April. The tram comes by approximately every 30 minutes depending on traffic
