Our holiday in Kona was amazing. The view from the house is absolutely the best in Kona. The host was incredibly warm and caring, and very helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place, especially for families traveling with kids.

What an amazing property and stay! Rarely do you find a property that is better than advertised. Would definitely recommend for family and friends. Property manager communicated well and the property had everything you need. Excellent view!

Everything was perfect ! Our hosts home and grounds showed the love and care that was put into their beautiful property. The couple that are caretakers the property are Angelina and Danny and they live above the garage. They are very respectful of giving renters privacy to enjoy the beautiful pool, but they are also right there if you need anything. We were only a couple of days after the hurricane. Brian , who maintains the pool, even came on his birthday to make sure the pool was sparkling clean. There are lots of comfy outdoor spaces and the beds are very comfortable. We also felt the area was very sake and the property is fully fenced with a gate. We wouldn't hesitate to come back and rent this lovely home and enjoy the beautiful grounds. We also enjoyed movie in the comfy home theatre. Thanks so much! Jimi, Ben and Ronda

Serenity and views

Our larger group of young and mid-aged adults had a wonderful time at the Sky Villa. We stayed during the 4th of July week where we spent plenty of time relaxing poolside, putting on the green, and enjoying a few meals in the well stocked kitchen. We had a perfect view of the local Kona fireworks from down below. The grounds of the property are kept beautifully, and the location is very quiet. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Communication was always very helpful and prompt. We loved staying here. 10/10 would stay again.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful Sky Villa in Hawaii! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beautiful setting, stunning ocean views, and thoughtful touches throughout the house. Everything was better than described! The property was spotless and incredibly well-maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, the beds were super comfortable, and we loved relaxing on the lanai with a cup of coffee in the morning. Our host, Seth was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. They even provided great local tips on where to eat, snorkel, and the best beaches. The location was ideal—close enough to everything we wanted to do, but still quiet and private. We explored nearby beaches, hiked to the beautiful waterfalls, and truly enjoyed the aloha spirit everywhere we went.We can’t recommend this place highly enough and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for an unforgettable Hawaiian experience!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at this rental. The view is pretty much unparalleled, and communication with hosts was very responsive. We really appreciated the quality of all the finishings, made great use of the excellent grill outside, and our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which is much better (and deeper) than the photos may indicate. Highly recommend; absolutely worth it.
