This 7 room villa features 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths on 2 levels of living area. The home boasts an open floor plan on the main level featuring brand new countertops and stainless steel gourmet kitchen, a dining room with locally handcrafted decor and contemporary main family area. This floor also provides direct access to a private swimming pool (heated, indoor and open year round) with plenty of room for entertainment. The main level also includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full bath, The basement level features 1 additional bedroom.

The villa has 2 levels.
- Floor 1 has family room, kitchen, dining area, pool and pool area along 3 bedrooms and 2 full bath
- Lower floor has 1 bedroom.
- Pool area features table tennis and 65 inch TV with entertainment space

Property amenities include full stocked kitchen, furnished bedrooms, game area, central heating, mini split A/Cs, exclusive swimming (indoor + heated) pool access with outdoor dining/seating, fireplace and grill.

Plus, house comes with 2 car garage parking and ample other parking spots on the driveway leading to the villa.

ADDITIONAL:
We do have video surveillance of the front door, driveway & backyard which helps us in maintaining the property from a distance. The video is motion activated, but can be checked at any time by the hosts via live feed. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited.

We welcome all groups (friends and families) to our home, as long as rules are followed. We have a zero tolerance policy for parties and events.
PETS:
We are a pet friendly home, so feel free to bring over your furry friends during your stay.
- Up to 2 pets allowed ($100 fee per stay). Approval needed for more, with extra fees.
- Keep pets leashed while walking in the neighborhood.
- ⁠No unattended pets
- No pets on furniture and pool(sofas, beds, etc).
- ⁠Clean up after them inside and outside.
- Prevent excessive barking or noise.
While $100 pet fee covers extra cleaning, but additional charges apply for uncollected pet waste, soiled linens, or damaged furniture. Thanks for keeping our space pet-friendly for all!

HEATED INDOOR POOL POLICY:
- The heated pool is temperature maintained between 80-85 degrees at all times. While this is comfortable for swimming, it it by no means a `spa`, and at times may feel cooler in winter due to surrounding/outdoor temperatures
- The windows of Heated pool room will always be kept cracked open at alltimes (even during cold weather). This is to ensure there is enough ventilation for pool room and no excessive moisture built up in the room
- DONOT Close the pool room windows. Pool room windows reported closed can damage the property and lead to cleanup and repair fines.

SMOKING/DRUGS POLICY
This is no smoking and no drug use house. Use of such is strictly prohibited inside or outside on premises. $500 fee for evidence of smoking or drug use plus additional cleaning fees apply.

The nightly rates are reflective of minimum guest booking with no pets. We request you to add the exact count of guests, children and pets at the time of reservation for the nightly rates to be accurately reflected for any additional charges.
-$50 per night for every additional guest over 8 that uses the premises even during daytime.

-$500 fine for smoking on premises separate from any cost of damages. This is to deodor the place and cleanup of buds

- $1500 fine for illegal drugs found on premises. This is to sanitize the whole place and report to authorities. This doesn’t include damages or loss of income.

- $1000 for extra cleaning caused by evidence of partying at the home beyond normal usage of property.
