Guest Access:

● Driveway parking for up to 10 vehicles

● Self-check-in with keyless entry - Access code will be sent out once the rental agreement is signed. The rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted. Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation. If not signed within the deadline, your booking will be cancelled.

● Our guests will enjoy full access to the home and the entire property.

● You are welcome to use the pond and pool (when open) at your own risk. Do not allow children near the pond or pool without adult supervision.

● Guests are welcome to bring their own non-motorized boats, kayaks, canoes, etc. to use on the pond. Please see our electronic guidebook for a path to drive your watercraft to the pond.

● Early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated with a fee of $100 each. Please contact us to see if we can accommodate your request. Payment will only be collected once we confirm that your request can be accommodated.

● Late checkout without our approval will be subject to a penalty of up to $500

Getting Around:

You will need a car to go anywhere off the property. Uber and taxi cabs are available in the area, but can have long wait times or be difficult to find.



We strongly recommend that you travel in an AWD/4WD vehicle. We are located in a rural, mountain location where roads can be snow covered in snow and ice.



Other Things to Note:

● The rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted. Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation. If not signed within the deadline, your booking may be cancelled with no refund.

● This property can accommodate up to 12 guests per local regulations. Infants under 2 are not included in this count, allowing up to 3 additional infants beyond the maximum guest limit



DOG FEE:

● $150 per dog. All dogs must be vetted. We allow a maximum of 3 dogs per booking, and we have the right to decline dogs based on breed or age. The appropriate fees will be requested once final approval has been confirmed.



● Wander Home requires that all guests have their profile 100% verified. Please upload government issued ID and payment method in your account settings, as well as sending us a photo of your ID after booking confirmation.

● Eligible refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee.

● A damage waiver fee ($50) is included for all reservations.

● NOTE: We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit Family Dollar, Square One Markets, or other nearby stores.

● We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement. Note: be sure to refill/replace the existing tanks - do not purchase a brand new tank

● Given the rural setting of the property, occasional sightings of ants, spiders, flying insects, and mice may occur despite our year-round pest control efforts. We strive to manage these encounters to the best of our ability, but cannot guarantee that the house will be completely pest free.



SECURITY CAMERAS / AUDIO RECORDING DEVICES:

● Ring doorbell camera at the front entry door.

● There are several Ring floodlight cameras located throughout the property. All are outside and in plain sight.

● There is a camera overlooking the pool area.



Interaction with Guests:

We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You and your party will be able to self check-in upon arrival.



Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
