Built in the mountain modern style this home is sure to please with the clean lines, comfy beds, and wonderful kitchen with great views table for the whole family to enjoy.

Located less than 2 minutes from the historic town of Crested Butte this newly built property has a great location that makes it a perfect home base regardless of the season. Step in and kick off your hiking boots, skis, or bike gear and get ready to relax.

Inside on the first floor you will find the master bedroom with queen bed stand-up desk, and en-suite bath which gives it great separation from the upstairs living space. Upstairs you come into the great room with vaulted ceilings and views of Mt. Crested Butte through the floor to ceiling picture window that bathes the kitchen in natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped and the large quartz countertops mean there is plenty of prep area for that perfect meal or just a bowl of cereal! There is a large sectional with big screen and a great dining room table that seats 6 and is sure to be the spot for the end of the day stories. There is a small covered deck off the living area with seating and a gas grill so that you can enjoy our fantastic Colorado weather and grill up the perfect dinner. Back inside at the other end of the home you will find two guest bedrooms that share a full bath in the hallway. One has a queen bed and the other has a set of twin bunks and a single twin bed for a total of 3 twins in the room.

Ready to hit the slopes in the mornings? You are in luck since they are only a few miles away! In the Summer you can hike or bike right from the property up Brush Creek which has endless opportunities. Whatever the season, come see what's in store in CB!
