7th Inning Stretch Home - 30 day minimum rental - Stunning Lake & Sunset views from this beautiful home. This 3 bedroom (plus sleeping loft) 4 Bath home is a very "warm" and comfortable home with GORGEOUS LAKE VIEWS. Spend a month, or longer, here and enjoy Northern Michigan at its best. Home sleeps 8 max. The home offers an updated and spacious kitchen. Great for cooking and gathering. Enjoy the family room with great views and a huge stone fireplace to keep you warm. One bedroom is on the main floor and the rest are upstairs. Several with Lake views. Enjoy a TV room in the lower level, along with a full bath and laundry. One of the best features of this house is the huge outdoor deck to enjoy the great Lake view. This house is on a quiet dead end road, so you don't have to hear any traffic noise. Located nearly half way between Traverse City and Charlesvoix.
We require our guest to be a minimum age of 25. NO SMOKING & NO PETS.
Cleaning fee charged is for 2 required cleanings. One done mid stay and the other done at the end of your stay.
