These units are individually owned and the decor varies from unit to unit. Unit #1 is on the ground level of the South Building and offers one bedroom with 2 Queen beds. The sofa in the living room opens into a queen sofa sleeper. The unit also has a bath with a jetted whirlpool tub as well as a shower stall, fully equipped kitchen, dining area with seating for 4, wifi, and living area. Sunset views over Grand Traverse Bay and use of the heated in-ground pool and on site coin operated laundry area. This unit has private WIFI and recently updated furniture. All of these condo units are NO SMOKING - NO PETS.
We require our renters to be 25 years of age or older.

We have stayed in this condo before, the decor is a little dated, but overall a nice place. The location is awesome, directly across from the bay, so easy to access other towns such as Petoskey and Charlevoix The office staff were excellent, allowed us to change our reservation by one week because of weather.
