Rockport's BEST location and BEST view (ALL of the pictures you see were taken from this property!). This property is the absolute BEST spot to view the fireworks, boat parades, coastal birds and all the things Rockport is famous for. Enjoy afternoon shade, gentle sea breezes and the world's BEST margarita (-the Yarbarita!), delivered right to your front porch chair. From here you can WALK to the beach, liquor store, grocery store and several restaurants, including Yarbarita's Sip and Swing...

EXTREMELY colorful and enjoyable 1200sf unit with all the bells and whistles. Very fast internet, so there is no problem working from your new "home"! ;)

You will have your own personal "smart code" for top notch security and convenience and there is plenty of parking beside the building.

My wife and I live in Rockport, so we will be glad to help with anything that may arise.

In beautiful Rockport, Texas. You will be waterfront on Little Bay, overlooking the Beach, the ski basin, the festival grounds, Blue Herons and Porpoises!

Plenty of parking available. Also, you can rent and drive golf carts (you will get a 25% discount on golf cart rentals if you stay with us - you only need a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance).

SPECIAL PERKS: You and your guests will receive 25% off all (non-discounted) food and drinks at Yarbarita's Sip and Swing restaurant and you will receive FREE delivery (tipping appreciated). --You will also receive 25% off any GOLF CART and/or kayak rental at Yarbarita's (subject to availability).

Greg’s place is amazing. The condo is large, spotless, well appointed and the views are fantastic. This was definitely one of our favorite Vrbo’s/Airbnd’s to date. Highly recommend.

The apartment was very clean and the kitchenis equipped with everything you need to cook meals. We made coffee and breakfast everymorning except our last. We had breakfast next door at Yarbarita's. Get the pancakes! I woulddefinitely stay here again. The views are lovely, the beds are comfortable.

A great place to stay!

This is an excellent rental for a getaway. Has everything you need. Decorated so nicely! Beachy decor makes for nice Karma. Spotlessly clean! Restaurant and bar next door makes for a great place to hang out. Everyone is very friendly. They go the extra mile to make you feel welcome.

Mother daughters trip

We have been taking a mother daughter’s trip for about 10 years now. My mother is 91 and loves to wake up and drink her coffee looking at the water. This was the perfect place. We watch the fish jump, the dolphins and people fishing. The restaurant was very good and everyone was so friendly. We’re hoping to take her again next year and stay here again.

A getaway gem

Wow! What an amazing place to stay by the water. We didn’t want to leave. The property was beautifully decorated and squeaky clean. We were greeted with a generous selection of snacks and water bottles with a lovely welcoming card. They had extra toiletries and anything you can think of if you forgot to pack them. I was very impressed by the little details of hygiene and after the sun care products provided. Greg was very nice and responsive to any questions I had. After my return from our mini vacay, I was already planning for another trip there in the future. We will definitely return to this getaway gem in Rockport. In addition to the delightful food and ambience right next door at Yarbarita’s, check out JJ’s Cafe by the Walmart Super Center. You won’t regret it. Amazing food, friendly and attentive staff, and great music. Many activities and good eateries conveniently located nearby. I can’t wait to return to Rockport. Hurry and book your stay at Greg’s Summer Little Bay Getaway. It’s a vacationer’s dream home away from home.

Rockport is a laid-back Texas coastal town with the only "Blue Wave" certified beach in the area (certified for cleanliness, safety, and a family-friendly environment). The gentle breezes, the birds and the sea air are always a gentle kiss upon us all.

This unit is one of only 4 condos in The Pigeon House. It is absolutely the BEST location in Rockport, and it sits right on the water, overlooking Rockport Beach and Rockport's famed "ski basin". There are ALWAYS lots of interesting things to see from your private, shaded comfortable balcony....
