New Built XL Modern House Near Tenean Beach,UMass Boston,Highway. With EVCharger

This 3 stories plus basement home and an EV charger has a lot to offer! Each room is a welcoming and spacious inviting you to rest and enjoy your surroundings. The house is located at a safe area.
Take a 9-minute walk to Tenean beach or a 7-minute drive to Wollaston Beach or a short 5-minute walk to Venezia restaurant. We are 10 minutes driving to South Bay shopping mall. There is off street parking for 2 vehicles. You and your guests will be close to many of the most popular attractions Boston has to offer.

The home is near Tenean Beach, including 5 bedrooms with a total of 5 king beds and 1 queen bed, 3.5 bathrooms, and a deck with a BBQ, and a patio table chairs set. The house has a Nordic Track home gym, and an Echelon Sport treadmill in the basement. A free complimentary EV charger is provided in our driveway.

Pack and play is available at least 24 hours notice request before the check in time.

The fireplace and ceiling fans are for decoration purposes only.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house or $250 extra cleaning fee will be applied.

NO PARTIES ALLOWED. No manipulation of the internet or cameras. We have 2 off street parking spots in the driveway. The quiet hour is 9pm to 8am.

For safety reasons, please do not move furnitures.

Check-in time is 4:00PM. Check-out time is 11:00PM. We often have to be strict regarding the check-out times so that the cleaning company has enough time to get the house ready for the next guests. However, whenever possible, we will try our best to accommodate your schedule to allow for earlier arrival or later departure.
If you check-out between 11am and 12pm without prior approval you will be charged $100.00 automatically. If you check-out after 12pm without prior approval, you will be charged an additional night at the current rate shown on the calendar.

Please clean after your pet. It is important to remember to keep pets effectively restrained by a leash when they are out of the house.

Guests agree to book under the understanding that the hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises, and that the hosts are not responsible for the loss of guests' personal belongings or valuables.

The home was very warm and welcoming. Hosts were very efficient with response time and information provided about check in and the residence itself. Plenty of room for friends and family to hang out, and close distance to local watering holes. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of beds and room for the 10 of us. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots for our cooking needs. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe.

Great for a group

We stayed here for a work conference with 6 coworkers. Great space for each to have their own room, close to the convention center, and far better than a hotel to regroup after a long day.

Great house with lots of space for our family of 9. The house is very nice. It is in a great location. It is close to a train station but not an easy walk so we dorve and parked at the station. The beach is just a few minute walk away. I would recommend staying there

From the beginning to the end it was the perfect selection. The space and rooms were just what we needed. The communication with the host was perfect and quick response times. The amenities and proximity were great. Beautiful home just out of all the hustle and bustle of downtown with everything you need to have a comfortable stay.

Lots of space

My family met up with friends family around thanksgiving. House was large and very clean. Close to scenic walk. We had a great time. Kids had a lot of tv time :). We would come back.

Lovely home in great area

This home was perfect for our family and was located in such a great spot! Everything is updated and user friendly. Trang was very quick with his responses to my questions which Is greatly appreciated. My ONLY complaint is that the Floors need a thorough cleaning. But will still stay here again if we're in the area and need a place to stay!
