Guest left the property in terrible condition. Brand new bed was installed 2 days prior to guests stay and upon departure found bed broken and had to order a new one. There was some sort of honey/sap residue left all over the couch, floor, and coffee table in the living room. Property was left unsecured with the front door wide open for more than 8 hours until we were notified by a neighbor that the door had been left open and had to send someone over to seure the home. Broken blinds, damaged doors, extremely dirty & guest had several unauthorized guests/occupants at the home and provided the acecss code to several people to enter at their will. Overall, would not rent to this guest again.
