The Honey Nut is a 1-Bed/1-Bath basement unit located at the mouth of the Big & Little Cottonwood Canyons in Cottonwood Heights, UT, at the base of the Utah Rockies. It is ideal for a single or a couple (with a guest that doesn't mind sleeping on a comfortable couch-bed in the living room) to spend time in the mountains. It is a very bright and airy well laid out 1-Bedroom with all the comforts, to mention a private entry patio with a seating area and BBQ grill and a dedicated parking slab in front, away from the snow ploughs.
The Nut was professionally decorated and comes very well-furnished a with a full kitchen (osmosis water filter, electric stove with electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, blender, handheld mixer, Keurig coffee maker, etc.) which is very well stocked so that cooking is a pleasure rather than a chore. The bathroom is spacious with a shower/tub combo, towels, toiletries and hair dryer. The bedroom has plenty of light, blackout curtains, a king size bed with a new and extremely comfortable mattress and a very large closet, and a chest of drawers to store all your belongings.
The neighborhood is one of the best in Salt Lake City. Cottonwood Heights is very safe and full of recreational activities for all ages. It has a number of award-winning local eateries, and plenty of shopping within walking distance or a short drive. Just behind the Nut there is Brighton Point, a local shopping center with a major grocery store. It is really the ideal landing pad for anyone wanting to spend time in the mountains, near all activities, yet centrally located in the valley, within 20-min drive to anywhere. The Nut is very cozy and very cute!
