Everything worked well for our ski vacation. It was very easy to get to the resorts. The park that the house backed up to would be very nice in the summer for hiking or biking. The furniture and beds are a little older and worn but they met our needs.
The place was clean and comfortable however the downstairs had renters as well and we could hear voices and their TV was very loud. There are three couches. One has zero support in the middle seat and cannot be used. Another has almost no support as well. The property manager is extremely responsive and helpful and again this property was very clean and the beds are comfortable.
The property was nice, clean and easy to check in and out. It was a bit hard to find but we were warned. My issue is that while it lists a hot tub. The sign on the hot tub and our refrigerator explicitly states the hot tub is not for the upper unit which we rented. Which is hugely disappointing because hot tub was a filter I used - bedrooms, bathrooms, hot tub - only 3.

Love the home for the price! Amazingly quiet and beautiful. Simple and nostalgic.
This home is ideally located for a ski trip to nearby Snowbird, Alta, Brighton or Solitude. The home is well maintained and furnished with a large living room, dining area and full kitchen. The three bedrooms (one with two bunk beds) allow for a large family or even two families to comfortably share the space. The management was very communicative, made sure check-in was easy, and checked-in during our stay to make sure everything was fine. We would recommend this home on the edge of Dimple Dell Canyon to anyone who is looking for a spacious, comfortable, home-base while visiting the Cottonwood Canyons.
This home was perfect for our family to stay in the views are amazing! The kitchen was well stocked!

Thank you for your kind review. I am glad the home was a perfect fit for your family and that you enjoyed the amazing views. It is also great to hear the kitchen had everything you needed. We would be happy to host you again.
Really nice. We were comfortable and the unit had everything we needed. We were looking for peaceful, comfortable place to meet. Only complaint (and not really property fault) was the noise from the downstairs unit.

I’m glad the space was comfortable and had everything you needed for a peaceful meet-up. Thanks for mentioning the noise. We’ll keep that in mind moving forward.
We had a great time overall and really enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and peaceful location. The cabin was clean, and the check-in process was very smooth. There are just a couple of comfort-related things to be aware of for future guests. The beds, particularly the ones in the kids’ room, were firmer than expected. A little extra cushioning or upgraded mattresses could really enhance the stay. Also, the property appears to be shared with others, which means it’s helpful to be mindful of noise, especially for families with younger kids.Just a few small improvements could make this stay even more enjoyable!
House was clean and quiet. Good location to get to the nearby ski mountains. Great communication from the company. Only one small problem (code given for door was not correct but texted them and they sent the correct code right away).
This home me was clean. Communication with host was on point. We enjoyed the porch drinking our coffee in the mornings and have deer walking up. Kitchen was very nicely stocked...but no coffee filters for drip coffee. I think the best down point to this home was only one TV in living room. 2 Adults 2 teenager with one TV. After long busy days it would have been nice to have another TV option. But over all we enjoyed our stay

Thank you for your review. I am glad the home was clean and that you enjoyed the porch with your coffee and the deer visits. I also appreciate your note about the kitchen and TV. Your feedback is very helpful, and we will keep it in mind for future improvements. I am happy to hear you still enjoyed your stay overall.
The property is located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from Big and Little Cottonwood. It’s also just a few minutes from the city center with grocery stores and restaurantes. Communication with the host was excellent. We ended up leaving a few personal items behind and they helped us conveniently recover them. There’s a big open living room and plenty of hot water. We came up for a few days of skiing and we would definitely stay here again.

It's wonderful to hear that you found our living room spacious and that the hot water was plentiful – essential for unwinding after a day on the slopes. We would be thrilled to host you again for another skiing getaway in the future.

My family and I came to Utah for a few days of skiing and decided to stay in a house rather than a hotel at the ski area. Every night when we were enjoying dinner in this lovely home we mentioned how happy we were with our decision! The house is adorable and very nicely fit out. The views to the park felt like we were in the countryside, even though shopping and dining options were just minutes away! And the drive to Snowbird took us less than 20 minutes each day. The rental team was really nice and always ready to help if we needed anything. We hope to come back and stay at this little gem again!
Very close to town yet feels like a mountain retreat
We used this property because we were in town for a summer basketball tournament. It was a fun place to stay and fit our needs perfectly. From the bunk room for the boys to the basketball hoop outside, it was great for us. It was very close to the high schools where we were playing. The people staying downstairs were also there for the tournament which was fun for the boys. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and it is also close enough to many places to go out to eat.
One notable thing was the steep driveway. It just took some getting use to but the parking area was nice. The link for directions did not take us to the property. But using the address in maps got us there. Check in was easy peasy.
We enjoyed our stay. It is a fun property. We even saw a deer pass through. We would stay again!
We were in town for my mom’s Celebration of Life. Family had intended to join us but had to cancel at the last moment. There was plenty of room for a whole family—king bed in the master, queen in the secondary and 2 sets of twin beds in the 3rd. The hall bath was ample and had a double vanity, in addition to a washer/dryer. The master bath en-suite included a large closet area. The living area was roomy with 3 couches and extra chairs. One couch faced huge double picture windows that overlooked the woods, where deer were seen daily. The kitchen was well-stocked and the dining table was huge, accommodating 6 people easily. A wooden walkway ran along side one entire side of the house, leading to a large deck with a patio table and chairs. Just off the lower unit’s parking area was the entrance to a trailhead leading to an expansive hiking area. As nice as the home was, the management company was incredible, checking in with us throughout our stay replying immediately and helping to ensure our stay was top notch. We would definitely stay here again!
