About this property

Enjoy the sunshine and relax by the pool. Our cute home sits on almost two acres. Lots of space for the family to play games, have a cookout and make memories for years to come. Milton is a quaint little town with lots of fun shops and restaurants. The home is located in a small neighborhood with plenty of parking. If you are into the outdoors you will want to check out Blackwater River and State Forest for hiking, canoeing and fishing. If you want to spend a day at the beach we are 30 minutes from Pensacola Beach or Navarre Beach. Also, 1 hour from Destin. Our home offers 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. The master bedroom offers a queen size bed. The second bedroom offers a full size bed. And the third bedroom offers 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have smart TV's. The living room offers a pull out couch. There is also a pack and play for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee bar, microwave, fridge, range and dishwasher. For your safety the pool is fully fenced in and is locked with a code. Plenty of outdoor seating under the porch to relax. The washer and dryer are in a large bonus room with lots of toys and games for the whole family. We manage our home and are a phone call away if you have any questions during your stay. So happy with our stay

We took a chance with this place because there were no reviews. That scares me personally because I like to read through the reviews before staying somewhere. It paid off though. We enjoyed our stay. We have 4 children ranging from teenage years to toddlers and everyone enjoyed themselves. It was a drive to get to our favorite beach but we don’t mind the drive! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, there was a playpen available, beds were comfortable, there was plenty of room for our family. We enjoyed the large yard, the pool and the carport proved to be a great help as well! The property manager was helpful and attentive as well! We will stay again in the future!
