This is for a private stay of 1 Private Side of a 2 Unit Duplex on Blackwater River. Guests may be assigned either side of the duplex for their stay based on Availability.

This cozy duplex includes a private entrance with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and a full kitchen located in a Quiet Basin on the Blackwater River.

Enjoy beautiful sunsets, kayaking, & fishing dock. Offers Peaceful Surroundings & a comfortable stay in a walkable neighborhood. Convenient to Downtown Milton by car or boat, it's close to bike trails & only 30 minutes to Navarre Beach, Pensacola Beach, or Downtown Pensacola.

Each side has a private driveway and separate entrance with a King Size Bed in the Master Bedroom and the 2nd bedroom with 2 Full-Size Beds.

Gather inside in the comfortable Living room, Kitchen Island, or outside around the Outdoor Fire Pit.

Great Location, Convenient to I-10, Shopping, Dining and Beaches. Walkable Neighborhood. Fantastic Scenery and Peaceful Neighborhood.

Shared spaces include the front yard, back yard, fire pit, and outdoor furniture. Kayaks, fishing gear, and hammock are shared items.

The Ideal place to make cherished memories for years to come.

ONE Small, Friendly Dog (less than 45 lbs) MAY be allowed if $ 35 Pet Fee is Paid Prior to Check-In. Owners must Keep Pet OFF the Furniture while Inside, ON a Leash While Outside and Clean up after Pets Inside and Out.

Yard, Fire Pit and Dock are shared spaces. We provide 2 kayaks for adult guests. Lifejackets must be worn at all times.

Waterfront Properties are inherantly dangerous due to natural wildlife and water safety. You are responsible for your safety and those you allow on the property.

We care about the properties we manage. Additional Fees will be charged for extra cleaning, smells and damages. We will charge for Unauthorized Pets, Smoking, Unauthorized Guests, Parties, Events or If all House Rules (Including Quiet Hours) and Check-out instructions are not followed.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash all dishes or load them in the dishwasher and hit start. Pods are located under the sink
Collect all trash, clean out the fridge and remove all food items. Take out all trash tot he burgundy can by the road.
Collect all used towels and put them in the shower
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests must abide by ALL House Rules, Check-In and Check-Out - penalties will apply for extra cleaning or damage, smells, Parties or Smoking, etc.
PETS - $ 35 Pet Fee - One Pet ONLY / Pets MUST Be on a leash Outside / Pets MUST Stay off the Furniture Inside / Guests MUST Clean up after Pets
Quiet Hours are 11pm-7 am: Smoking ONLY allowed out at the Fire Pit and dispose of butts in the Exterior Trash Cans. No smoking in or under porches.

We had a wonderful view on a quiet road. Waking up to geese and a hot cup of coffee was so relaxing. Milton was a small town so close to Navarre beach with it's white sands and blue water.

This place was fantastic! So clean and comfy. The back yard was private with a view of the river. The location is not within walking distance of anything, but we could easily drive to the store and restaurants. The kitchen is well stocked and we used it to cook several meals. We had an amazing time at Fins to the Left. We brought my mom to Milton to visit my 90 year old uncle who lives in the area. We had 4 generations of family over to visit us and enjoy the river. Perfect setting and the house was easily accessible for my mom and uncle who both have mobility issues. The house had everything we needed so we could cook meals at the house. Heat touch that they have fishing poles and gear so that my little cousin could fish, yup he actually caught his FIRST fish ever from the dock. We will differently be back.

Great Place to Stay!

I had a very relaxing experience at this wonderful home. It is somewhat secluded and quiet, yet close to all the places you want to go. Neighbors are really nice. You can fish, watch the stars, very peaceful. Had all the amenities, great hosts. I recommend highly!

Host was very gracious to our family in accommodating my entire family during our move across the country. Property and dock was amazing for my boys and I to fish and watch turtles from. Great place to stay where kids could get out and play in the huge yard. Kayaks and life vests for paddling, fishing pole provided, fire pit and wood for campfire (may need to bring kindling). Kitchen loaded with utensils. Great stay, even with a bit of helicopter noise from nearby little airport.

My spouse and I are actually locals. We were looking to get away for a couple days. This place was very clean and in a great location for us. The check-in/out process was simple. The place to be!

Kim was amazing with communicating. The property is just how it’s listed! Lake was beautiful, the kayaks and fishing poles were the perfect touch! Didn’t get the chance to use the grill or fire pit but both were nice! There is an small plane airport very close but only time I noticed it was outside and it was actually nice watching the fly around. It’s great that she keeps her cleaning supplies accessible for sweeping beach sand out while there. The hammock is my fave! I almost fell asleep … twice. Had a chance to briefly meet the owners. Very nice and welcoming! Short drive to Milton / a cute little town with a small river walk and just a bit further to UWF. We will be back! Thanks again!
