Really cozy

Karen was very easy to work with and the place was exactly as expected. The house is very big & walkable from the beach (10 min walk). We stayed in June so the neighborhood was very quiet. Comfortably accommodated my 10 guests!

Home was very clean. The outdoor shower is great, always a plus coming back from a day at the beach. Karen was very responsive to text messages. Overall great week.

A very pleasant stay. Had to buy bed linens and towels, unlike our last rentals.

All in all, a very nice rental with a close proximity to the beach. Purchased a season pass which made things much easier! Would do this again!

Fantastic vacation, close to the beach, plenty of room, quiet area, perfect for our large family!

This is our our fifth year going to Narragansett . We we’re on able to get the house that we have always rented and came upon this one. The location and price were great for us so I booked it. You have To bring your own sheets and towels but that is no problem. The beds were extremely comfortable ! The large upper deck was perfect for my grandchildren. There is a second refrigerator, and counter space for all the extra food in the lower level which was extremely helpful for our large.family. . I would like to explain why I gave four stars for communicating with the homeowner . I did not hear from her until the night before going into the home which for me was a little nerve-racking. Next time I will be prepared for that and be absolutely fine. Other homes we rented the owner had been in touch a week and advance. This is no reflection on the home at all. Please note that And know she’s on top of it!! This home is Definitely worth renting!!!

Very nice property with open concept living. All bedrooms good size. Nice yard and deck.

Would consider renting this property again. Enjoyed convenient walking location to Scarborough State Beach and relaxing yard and deck!

We went with a large group. The house is very spacious. Enjoyed sitting on the back deck. The outdoor shower is great! Suggestions would be to put a mirror in twin bedroom downstairs and move the grill to the upper deck. Note: you have to bring most everything you need. Overall we had a wonderful vacation. We walked to the beach easily. Quiet neighborhood.

OK for 2 night stay

We stayed at Karen's for 2 nights this past July, a 7 person group of friends. Be aware there are NO linens (sheets/hand towels/bath towels) whatsoever provided, nor basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc. This added some inconvenience especially for such a short trip. Also there was a musty smell downstairs making the 1st floor bedrooms not desirable. The beach was right there though which was great & there's a really nice 2nd floor patio deck.
