The Property
Paradise Point is an oceanfront retreat for true travelers. A private peninsula perched atop the ironshore, the Point boasts 485' of waterfront and nearly an acre of native trees and gardens. The property is comprised of 2 guest villas and 1 studio (this listing is for the Studio), as well as owners' residence, pool, and palapa overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Directly adjacent to the property is the access path to the community dock, with a short swim to some of the best snorkeling on Roatan.

Guest Access
On and around the property you can relax in a hammock, take a dip in the pool, or experience the Caribbean Sea and Mesoamerican Reef with snorkeling, kayaking and paddle boarding from the dock. Use of kayaks and paddle board is included; snorkel equipment not provided.
