Come enjoy this beautiful riverside retreat! The house sits directly on the San Marcos River with your own private access to the water. There are large windows throughout the home that maximize the river views and there is also a wrap around porch to take in the beautiful natural surroundings.

House/Property sits high above the river & you must use stairway to access the water. There is a small safety fence that lines the waterfront ledge but children must always be supervised
