Built in 1853 and located on Chatham Square, this home features exposed beams, two decorative fireplaces, and is the epitome of Southern pre-warm charm. With one bedroom and one full bath, Canterbury Garden can comfortably accommodate up to four Lucky guests.

The living area has a full-size sleeper sofa and cable TV, making it a comfortable spot to curl up for some down time. Light and bright, the eat-in kitchen overlooks the courtyard and has a desk perfect for planning out your day. With a tasteful mix of antique furniture, a cast-iron queen-size bed, and en suite bath with walk-in shower, the bedroom is a secluded retreat for two.

Follow the Old Savannah Brick pavers to the large shared courtyard, where you’ll quickly feel at home amidst the plush landscaping and charming masonry detail. Sweet Stay in Savannah

We enjoyed this cute little historic space while we explored historic Savannah! It was so convenient to have parking we didn’t have to worry about, and the courtyard and other amenities were pretty adorable.

Comfortable, felt safe, Amenities were good. Pretty clean . The things that really matter were clean.Definitely has an old building odor but you go nose blind after awhile. Cute rental. We would stay again

Location was perfect. The apartment was very nice and well appointed. The only complaint that I have is that the bed sheets were stiff like they were starched and not soft at all but overall we loved the place

Reason for not staying

We only stayed overnight and left the next morning before 10 . We cut the stay from 3days to 1 day. My husband and I both woke up stuffy and a slight headache. Must have been allergic to something in the apt.

Perfect spot on Chatham Square, Basement apartment was quiet and cozy and perfect for a romantic getaway. Cocktails in the garden after dinner seemed quintessential Savannah.
